So far, happy with this new branch and that we finally have Chase within driving distance of Raleigh.Ethan G. helped me transfer a very complicated IRA that no one else has been able to help me with the last 3 years. Greatly appreciate your help, Ethan!This branch is clean and bright. I mostly do online banking but go to this branch if something needs to be done in person.

The worst branch I have ever been to and I've been with Chase since I was in Highschool. We came in to open 3 new accounts (business and personal) for a total of $520k, I have never seen a bank not want to take your money so much in my life. Every bank I've ever been to (Chase or not) they provide service right away especially when it is to open new accounts. I live 30 mins from this bank and they've made me come back 3 times. Finally got my accounts open and then I get a notice stating I need to go back or they're going to close my account because apparently my ID was filed incorrectly. So I call and email the banker, no answer. I show up in person only to be told I need an appointment even though this was a mistake the banker made (another wasted trip with $4/gal gas) Im told someone will call me to make an appointment. Of course, no call. I try booking an appt online, soonest available is the 14th and notice states my account will be closed on the 12th if I dont visit a branch... Of course, no one at the branch answers the phone. It's been nothing but a headache. The bankers are super nice and I've never had an issue with Chase in general but this branch is run like a fast food restaurant. I rarely complain or even write reviews but trying to get service here is impossible.

Extremely incompetent and poorly trained. Chase should be embarrassed by this team. Everyone smiles and looks nice but can’t manage any normal bank functions.

Not really a welcoming place to be, kinda seems like they don’t want new clients? Maybe due to the worker shortage they just hire random people off the street, don’t know.

I have had mixed experiences here so it definitely depends on the day and how busy they are, as well as who you get to speak with. However, there are some very helpful employees there, like James. But definitely make an appointment ahead of time and if you don't, be prepared to wait a very long time or be sent away to make an appointment for a different day.

New to the area and came to pay off a car loan early. It took four different people to accomplish this. I asked for the payoff amount and that took three people to find the amount. Nothing like other Chase branches that I have dealt with for years. Somebody helps you as soon as you walk through the door. Never had to wait for service. This branch, plan on being here a while for what should be a routine transaction.

I went to this location to update some information, I walk in and was told to wait.Minutes later they said to come back at a later time or to make an appointment. When there was no one there just employees. They were not friendly at all.

My mother-in-law and her husband visited to inquire about a loan. The employees were cold and unfriendly. They gawked at them the entire time they were there, making them feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. An employee that spoke Spanish was kind enough to translate that, “They weren’t giving loans to people bc of Covid” and also discreetly informed my MIL that that wasn’t true but that’s just what he was told to say. They continued their gawking, watching them all the way to their vehicle. The employees that worked there on this day should be ashamed!

Took documents to the branch 12 days ago so a banker could review and schedule and appointment with us. To date, no phone call, no email. Called on the 11th day and their servers were down according to an employee. We would need to call at a later date. With so many banking choices, take this one off your list..
