Absolutely awesome and attentive people. If they can not provide they go out of the way to make sure that you get what you need. Some of the nicest and most patient people I have ever met in my life. I love this bank and I think everyone should go and experience the family friendly environment that these people work hard to maintain in a bank of all places.

Do not go, they are racist and very lazy. They are putting cameron village and Chase bank name down in the toilet. I hope the branch manager woman that I forgot her name (black, chubby and short) will be fired or replaced, and Jessica that was very dishonest and hypocrite. They are all the same probably hired by the same unethical branch manager. Poor employee Jimmy has to listen to their lies and probably he is like them too, not sure. Swamp has to be cleaned. Hope chase will do something about that

Bad branch. DO NOT GO. GO TO WELLS FARGO. Super bad customer service and manners at Chase. Liona, probably came from the hood to Cameron Village. She should be ashamed of her self, she didn't wana listen on the phone, her representative Jessica did a mistake with me and instead of trying to correcte it for her, she kept changing the subject and didnt even wanted to listen. I am going to send a letter to hope they will move her from this branch, as this is a very fine area, and deserves much better if Chase cares about the reputation or fire her if she has been doing a bad job. Supervisor of Liona, if you are reading this, please call me to explain. Liona refused to give me your name. Very unprofessional employee. Thank you

Chase customer service told me that I had to leave the hotel at 2am with 1.5 month old baby when I discovered life threatening situation to my dog and spent few hours in animal emergency when I tried to file a dispute with a reason “I dissatisfied with the service that I received”. Why the hell you have this reason in a chargeback if you don’t allow to choose it? AMEX allows it without any contacts of support. I think that this is the breaking moment for me when I start using my AMEX card instead of Chase one. I’ve expected more help from Chase.

I went to notarize a document, they gave me an appointment, I got an email for it, the next day they didn't honor the appointment. Called Lioni, a very unprofessional woman with an african american accent, did not care that I was flying today and out of time. What a disgrace to that branch

Customer Service from start to finish was OnPoint spoke with three different people interacted with three different people and all brought their a game. I would highly recommend this place. I actually bank with a Navy Federal and I’m thinking about switching to Chase because of how quick the service was, and the atmosphere was amazing, there was no line and they were very thorough The reason why I was thinking about switching is because navy federal now has a policy to where they can cash your check or deposit your check actually and they do not give you access to any of your funds for the next two days. where they used to at least give you $250 and then you would be able to access your money within two days so they have changed their policy recently and I noticed when I went to chase bank today that I was able to receive my funds with no problem same day. And I don’t even have an account there but it was the bank that was printed on the bottom of my check from my employer and actually the teller at Navy Federal recommended that I went there and I’m glad she did. Lol ???way to serve up some good service chase thanks

Phenomenal customer attention! Everyone at this branch seems genuinely interested in helping the customer. Special shout-out to Marian. She really took ownership in helping my daughter open new accounts, explaining everything very clearly through the whole process.

We are so excited to have a Chase bank on this side of town. I have needed to go in a few times and the staff have all been extremely friendly and helpful.
