Ever since I was introduced a few years ago to Chase Bank, I fell in love. Today, I had the pleasure of opening up a 2 account. The service i received was amazing. My advisor was Maria. Everything about this location&experience was a blessing. I still love my Garner Chase family, but I look forward to purchasing my 1st home with new Raleigh Family 🙌❤️❤️

Walked in to cash a check and the greeter asked if I wanted to do it at the counter or use the machine and since there was someone at the counter being waited on I said the machine.
She asked if I needed help and I said I have never used a machine to deposit a check before. Literally 1 second after asking me if I need help she immediately proceeded to cut it up with a customer and completely ignored me.
The machine proved easy to use and it was straightforward but it was rude to ask someone if they need help and within the same breath initiate conversation with someone else.
That customer left and she then chatted it up with her receptionist bestie. Felt like I had walked into a bar.

Horrible, i opened a savings account when the minimum was $150 no problem a few months later they raised it to $300. I went in asked the teller the exact amount i needed to deposit to avoid fees I gave her that amount cash now every month since July they have stolen $5 dollars out of my accout. I went in a couple months back and sat for about an hr while the called around to fix it. Pulled a manager over etc. Finally they told me it was becase its based on the account 30 day time window and the teller didnt know no one knew up until then. They said however it would be fixed and the $15 credited back here we are 2 moths later nothing and two more $5 fees. Now i have to go back again and see if they can fix. I have an account at just about every bank in Raleigh and typically dont review/rate banks as they usually work fine just different employees but this one is definitely different. There are 3+ other banks very close that your better off with.

This branch is the worst. I walked in to cash a check. They even called the account holder to verify that she had written check. They still refused. The teller stared at me when I asked him why. No answer. Customer service is not a priority at this branch.The account holder was very upset as she had just spoken to them. I'm hoping she moves her account to another bank.

Very impressed with the caring and detailed assistance I received from Govergo who was the only staff person at this branch willing to wear a mask in helping me open an account. If you want to want to give business to someone who cares about your safety and family’s wellbeing ask for Govergo! Thank you sir for being sensible, sensitive, and responsive to a customer request.

I stopped by to open the business account. No luck, the appointment is needed, and it seems it will take few days to fit you in the busy schedule of the account specialist.
