They only had self service check out but it wouldn't allow me to pay with cash and that's all I had on me they couldn't open a register to take my money my car was under e a didn't get paid to the next day why have anyone working in the store at all if your going to reply on a self-service machine that doesn't even work

I just looove how they only use the self check out....doesn't matter if there is 1 or 4 employees or 1 or 12 customers....they will be right at self check out watching you do their job!!!

Overcharges for beer. Everytime I go in there for a 12-pack or case of beer, they ring it up for a dollar or 2 more than the tag on the shelf. I've resorted to taking a picture of the price tag and showing the cashier to make sure I get the advertised price.

Just had my first experience with a racist Karen for the first time in my life. I asked the cashier if I could pay with my EBT card. She proceeded to tell me that I could not because they have new systems when I am sitting there looking at the same old system that I used with my EBT the night before at this same location. I told her that I had just used it the night before and she proceeded to scream at me to GET OUT before she calls the police. I then asked her well what are you calling them for Karen. I just asked a question, I didn’t threaten your life. But even before this happened, I only frequent this location early mornings on my way to work and if she is there, she is always very rude. Never greets the customer and just like she doesn’t want to be there.

No mask, seving customers with no mask. There is an eagles at the end of lake dam. Very nice and clean, better prices. Same response to every complaint, no change. Website is a runaround, they don't care about us.
