The cashier at this specific gas station has tried to scam me for the 3rd time. This last time I went I bought $30 of items and when I went to pay them at the self checkout the cashier presses a button that tried to scam me to pay 9 dollars more and when I ask for a redo my items came back as $30 and they didn't pressed anything afterwards. these people are trying to scam and trying to take more money from everyone be careful yall!!

I tried to use the "To good to go" application and I got this gas station and was served by an old woman with the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. It was not only rude but disrespectful. This circle should better evaluate its staff before hiring. horrible experience!!!

So I have consistently been a customer at the store for a few months now it’s convenient to walk to from where I’m currently living about a month ago. This lady started working there. She’s an older African-American lady and every time I go into the store she always has an issue with a discount that I have or refuses to give me, the discounts that all of the other customers get member of the Circle K rewards program and tonight I had a coupon that I had just got off of my rewards and this lady refused to give me the coupon amount and so I asked to have the other lady help me who also had a attitude And I left I will not be returning to the store however I will be reporting whatever I need wherever I need to. This lady doesn’t need to work with the public. I’m sure I’m not the only Customer that has an issue with her or her Latina coworker I feel like the African-American people behind me got a lot better service. It’s always like that when these two are there.!
And yet another disrespectful person working at the Circle K I thought this guy was top-notch, but apparently I was wrong tonight. I got accused of taking money out of the self-pay thing that wasn’t mine. I was trying to insert the money and he said it was somebody’s change and it wasn’t the guy clearly took all of his change before me. I took my 21 $ bills and put them in , the wrong spot apparently and the guy accusing me of taking it and then wanted to argue so I said a few curse words and then he wants to chastise me because he can’t control his mouth. Not only that, but the person before the person before me actually did forget their change, and this person that chastised me and accuse me of stealing, made the statement that if that had been him that money would’ve been . So I guess he was projecting himself on to me. I’m not going back to this store and you are Caucasian I suggest you stay away too because apparently this place or these employees have something against Caucasian people. Yes I did curse and that was disrespectful on my behalf however, I was being disrespected and accused of something falsely so I’m not gonna apologize or be chastised by someone half my age for something they did. I’m gonna make sure that everybody knows what this place is all about.

This has to be one of the worst circle K stores. They never have anything. Trash is always all over the place. Can't keep the soda fountain cups stocked. Step it up for real.

I am of the 4th generation from my family to be a consistent customer at this location. The current manager is causing a lot of problems. I've seen him make multiple employees cry. The most recent occurrence happened on 6/11/2024. I love coming to see this employee, my mother loves coming to see this employee, as did my grandparents. Sometimes at night when I can't sleep, I will walk up to the store just to buy a drink and talk to them for a bit, and they always always make my trip worthwhile.
As I was leaving the store today, I saw that one of the employees that I love was upset and also leaving the store. So much so that any person with a heart would have no choice but to stop and sit with them for a moment outside in the fresh air. They love their job, but they are being treated unfairly, and discriminated against. I have informed her of her rights, and I have given her the necessary information for getting in touch with a legal team. The current manager is now becoming a liability for the company. He also came outside while I was trying to comfort one of the employees and threatened me with a "no loitering" sign and told me to leave. I'm actually furious, and so is the neighborhood.

It's a hit or miss with this store. It's not the cleanest and often this store is out of stock of what you need.

This store has great improved its cleanliness overall. The coffee, beverage and hot food areas were also neat and well stocked. It is a vast improvement from my last visit.

Very bad customer service if I could rate less than zero I would the Ladie work tonight she is very bad treat the customer service after I want to buy a lottery ticket and skip me and no one in the the store and just said next customer service after no one in the store I don’t recommended this place.
