Got a fill-in and young girl salonest only applied one coat of fill-in. Next on applying the gel polish, she only did one coating. Next day polish started peeling and I had to return back to her to redo. I am very unsatisfied after paying $45.

The worst nail experience involving Tina, a nail technician who was rough, rude, and insulting. Despite expressing concerns, I was dismissed. I spoke to Rose, likely the manager or owner, who tried to fix my nails. Rose was dismissive and argumentative initially. Eventually she agreed to fix my nails. Despite her attempt, my nails turned out uneven, misshapen, and wider than desired. Previous google reviews noted similar issues with this salon.
I'm giving City Nails 2 stars because Rose attempted to address the concerns. Ultimately, I strongly advise against choosing this salon.

Stopped by because I was in the area (my usual nail spot is on the other side of town) & upset I ended up wasting my money here. I came for an SNS dip removal & new color. It took 25+ minutes just for my dip to be removed because my fingers were soaked in a bowl of acetone (with no cotton balls). My cuticles were cut twice with the file. Now less than 1 week later, the new dip is chipping. Dip normally lasts me at least 3 weeks. Do not recommend.

I was in desperate need of a fill-in and these women were really a life savior. Everyone was so kind and attentive. My nails were in rough shape but even still I was out in under 45 min. I appreciated being asked how I liked the shape and if anything needed to be changed. I noticed an imperfection on one finger later but 1. I think it’s because my nails were in such bad shape when I went in and 2. they totally gave me the chance to point anything out but I wasn’t being very attentive (the talk shows on had me mesmerized)! As a casual (nothing too fancy) nail person, this place is exactly what I needed. The prices are very reasonable!

I've gone to this place for the very first time and it will be my very last time going because the stupid lady that was doing my feet wasn't listening to what I was saying to her about my own feet and I don't even give this place any stars

First and last time going to City Nails. I went in for a basic pedi and I think a 3 year old could to a better job. The foot soak was plain hot water, and she only let them soak for maybe 5 minutes. The foot scrubber she used was the tiniest little block I have ever seen... literally 1 inch x 1/2 inch and she kept running to the back sink She rushed through the entire pedicure. Used a cuticle trimmer to cuty nails. They used ripped paper towel pieces as toe spacers. The nail polish was put on very thin, the brush strokes are visible and the edges are not finished. The lady barely even sat down and then rushed me out at the end. It is supposed to be a relaxing treat... was anything but. I wasn't even there for 30 minutes. Very Unprofessional. FAIL!

This was my first time coming in. They did a horrible job. I wanted to have SNS removed and then have my natural nails painted with clear polish. The end result is that the SNS was not fully removed and she painted over the SNS with clear polish. Also during the session she kept soaking the drills used in the acetone that my nails were soaking in.

I went it today hoping to get a nice full set. I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a long time and thought it was time to treat myself. I’m new to the area so I decided to try out city nails. I’m not one to leave reviews at all but I went home crying because of how horrible my nails looked. I asked them if they would be able to do the nails I wanted and they told me “Yes, of course.” The lady doing my nails seemed like she was rushing, didn’t even put on the tips properly, they were all crooked. At the end I was wondering why no glitter was being put on until another lady came over and asked her why she hadn’t put any glitter on. She proceeded to tell her that “She thought they looked prettier without the glitter.” I asked them to put glitter and that I wanted a pink glitter. The lady put it on but it was so sloppy. I definitely don’t recommend this place and I will not be going back.

Great customer service but my French tip is crooked and this is the thickest French tip I’ve ever gotten ‼️ First time there it’s very clean and spacious.

First time coming in. There was no wait time. My daughter and I got full sets. The lady that did my nails had just came back from a smoke break. The smell was unbearable. She was way too rough with the nail drill..she literally pushed that thing to the max. I was terrified I would loose a finger. When she starting apply the momomer, my fingers felt they were on fire. It was a sensation I've never felt. Nail tech sprayed alcohol on my fingers and sensation went away. My daughter said the monomer also burned her fingers. It was horrible. My nails are thick and clumpy. I'm not happy at all... won't be coming back.

I came by in between appointments. They got me in and out and better quality and cheaper than my go-to place for mypedi. Very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.
