I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and on the day we checked out, we found our car with the passenger side window broken. We were left waiting for the supervisor to review the security footage for over an hour, but they never showed up. We had to leave to deal with the window issue because we had to catch a flight.

Bed bugs and poor management. Usually I have a great stay at this hotel. Want to preface this by saying that the front desk staff was polite to me. I do want to point out though that I do have bed bug bites and I noticed it the next day after I checked out of room 200. I called the hotel after I found the bites and told them they needed to check the room for bed bugs and to have the manager Please call me. I called the next day and asked to speak with the manager. The front desk person was told by the manager, to tell me that they had somebody check the room and there were no bed bugs. You cannot check for bed bugs during the day. They only come out at night, so there is no way to see if there's bed bugs during the day. She said afterwards that because of this there can be no refund. I did not ask for a refund, all I wanted was to speak to a manager to make sure that they were taking care of the problem and to be treated with a level of respect for somebody who was bitten by bugs in their hotel. I was treated very poorly. I couldn't even get hold of the manager because she couldn't be bothered to speak to me. All I wanted to do was speak about any future stays and making sure they took care of the problem but this won't be a problem anymore because I will never stay with them again. I reached out to the general manager Harin as well. Have heard nothing back. I made a complaint to corporate and I'm hoping that gets a manager to reach out to me. Really bad customer service for somebody who went through bed bug bites and was treated with no respect

the room had bugs, smelled like weed, had mold, the bathroom had holes in the walls (probably that’s how the bugs got in),stains on the carpet, thin walls, however the cleaning lady was nice, it’s just that the room was bad itselfNearby activities: there is a shopping center near by very convenient

Was here for a Saturday night stay. The front desk staff was pleasant and professional, all while being very busy with customers. They did honor my reservation request for a room on a lower-level floor.One thing this hotel does that I haven't seen at any Choice Hotel (and I have stayed at many of them) is their policy of not renting to locals. They have a sign on the front desk mentioning it.I was very pleased with my room with its king bed, seating area, and a walk-in shower. Everything worked well and the furnishings were in good order.They had a standard free breakfast bar. The only ding would be the outdoor lighting. I returned to my room that night and the rear parking area was unlit. It could be that a pole light was burned out, but I did feel a bit uncomfortable going from my car to the building.

Fleas in our room. We checked in, took a shower, crawled in bed for a nap, and found fleas in my bed. The front desk staff, Maria, couldn’t have cared any less. Zero apology. I asked to check out for a full refund (we were there 3 hours of a 2-night stay) and after a dozen phone calls and multiple emails, no refund. I’m now doing a credit card chargeback. I will never stay at a Choice Hotels/ Comfort Inn again because there is no accountability- they do not care. The room was $130/ night by the way.

Review by Jessica:Excellent service so far. Been there 1 night at this point. Very clean and organized. The gentleman last night got me a room downstairs due to an upcoming surgery.Only found 2 ants but they wearnt in the bed. No big deal there, I mean most people have ants in their home so what's new?The staff is so nice.Breakfast was good.If your used to living a high end lifestyle this isn't for you but if you don't mind something decent and sanitary this would be a great fit.Rooms: Clean, comfortable beds, curtains block light out well.

Had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn Midtown!The downsides were incredibly minor, so I want to get those out of the way -- a couple of the lights over the bed were broken, and an outlet didn't work.Now, the positives? Comfortable beds, a GREAT restroom, and really close to some great local eating.INCREDIBLE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. We're talking bagels, cereal, fresh cooked eggs, sausage, and waffles that you make from batter, among other things.They even put my clothes in the lost and found, and called at my request once they were verified.Great place to stay, it's going to be my go-to when me and my daughter, or I myself, have to stay in Raleigh.

Room wasn't that bad The toilet flushed really slow, The walls are extremely thin, The service is the worst I've ever had I told the night clerk my TV wasn't working at 7 PM she said she can get someone to me in the morning, No one answered the phone for an hour, I went to the first hotel on the strip ,I wish I had stayed there. The heater wasn't lying but the room was still cold. I don't consider this a hotel I consider it a motel. At least it was clean I appreciate that.

I made a reservation then the next afternoon my car had to go into service at the dealership so I was unable to make the trip. When I reached out to explain this to the hotel and request a refund, they denied it and charged me the full price of the room even though I couldn’t get there. I was aware it was a non-refundable reservation when I made it, I surely didn’t know (or expect) to have a car issue. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of consideration, especially when I heard nothing but good things about this hotel. Unfortunately, it was an expensive reminder to not book with anyone other than a Hilton location. I guarantee they would have been much more understanding.

The lobby clerk was informative and very polite. The room had a distinct unpleasant smell, had smashed bugs with guts on the wall as well as an ant infestation. 234s roon phone also didn't work. They also don't allow locals that live within 30 miles rent a room.

We stayed for three nights, and would happily stay here again on our next visit.The location is convenient with all of our destinations including restaurants and museums within ten minutes. There's a cluster of chain restaurants and a Wegmans a short walk across the street.The front desk and staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was quiet at all hours, and the place was priced at a good value.

I recently had a last-minute stay at this property and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay. Booking through Priceline proved to be a great decision as they selected this hotel out of three options for me and the rate was excellent.While there was a slight mishap after my stay, the assistant manager, who was both kind and understanding, assured me that they would handle the situation. Their approach and accountability certainly left an impression, and I can confidently say my family and I will be returning for another stay in the near future.One word of advice for fellow travelers: always keep track of your belongings. Mistakes do happen, as was the case for me. If you happen to leave something behind, be aware that if you're in-state or out-of-state, you'll bear the shipment costs to retrieve your items.All in all, a lesson learned on my end, and I hope others can benefit from this insight. Cheers for their commendable service and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Priceline overbooked on a busy weekend, Comfort inn took me right in. Great rooms, great prices and even a discount!!! Loved my stay there. Nice clean rooms, breakfast included and the staff is very friendly and professional!!!

Great place to stay when staying in Raleigh, clean room, good amenities and staff were accommodating. Good breakfast offerings and again, the staff went above and beyond to assure me of safety precautions and held my luggage after check out.
