We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a room with double queen beds and there was plenty of seating for other guests which was a pleasant surprise. In addition to the pull-out sofa bed, there was a good-sized bench area folks could comfortably sit in, as well. All of the linens appeared to be very clean and the towels/washcloths/hand towels were also clean and of good quality. The shower had good water pressure and the curtain/liner worked the way it was supposed to (keeping the water in the shower and not all over the floor). I know that's what it's supposed to do, but if you know like I know, that's not always what happens. We felt our stay was a great one for the price we were charged and would have no problems returning to this location.

No roaches as others had mentioned, I looked in my room and common areas, clean hotel! Elevator is working, another reviewer stated it was not.My family 2nd time staying here. No problems or issues. Rooms were nice clean, staff friendly and hotel clean. Breakfast was good, staying at other Comfort Inn this one lack a few breakfast options, hot chocolate, oatmeal or grits other than that I will stay again if needed.Food & drinks: Good but lacked a few things as mentioned in my comments. They had eggs, sausage, Tatar tots, cereal, yogurt, bananas and apples.

"ROACH ALERT"!!! I was very appalled with this location and the staff. 1st off, the night shift employee was THE LEAST welcoming, he gave me a room with roaches, very disturbing. He changed my room, he also over charged my card. 2cnd, when addressing the general manager about the attitude, the roaches, and the over charge, the general manager was VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, CONDESCENDING, and wasn't claiming any liability for the employee's behavior nor the roaches on this property. The choice privilege brand should be VERY ASHAMED of employing such people and allowing such a general manager to oversee such duties and dealing with guests. The GM is to uphold respect, dignity, and professionalism, this particular being doesn't! I would STRONGLY urge commuters to pass right on by this hotel property and save yourselves from such filth, disrespect, being taken from, and being undervalued. I will NEVER again visit this horrible location, and horrible experience again. Motel 6 would give better service and cleanliness than this UN-comfortable inn. 5 THUMBS DOWN!!!Noteworthy details: "ROACHES AND HORRIBLE STAFF"!

Everything from checking in to checking out went perfectly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious and staff were all very friendly.

I NEVER WRITE 1-STAR REVIEWS - but this deserves it. SHUTTLE: We called ahead to ensure the shuttle was running early enough to get us to the airport for a very early flight. We were told it was. Arriving downstairs, no one was at the desk. So I WENT BEHIND THE COUNTER and FOUND THE DESK ATTENDANT SLEEPING in the back. So I found the breakfast server and had her WAKE THE DESK ATTENDANT. I was told there was NO SHUTTLE. The desk attendant called a "friend" and said I would receive a "voucher" for the ride to the airport. I HAD TO PAY $30 FOR THE RIDE ANYWAY. ROOM: Newer sink/tub. Disgusting toilet seat. Old furnishings. Rusty fridge. The room was not cheap. Pick somewhere else.

Big Big Bug in my room and when I pulled the covers back on the bed in between the covers was a bunch of dead bug body parts, I left a note on the bed, but everything else was great.

I really liked my stay at this Comfort Suites in Raleigh, NC. The beds are comfortable. There were no bugs. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The area is quiet. It is close to downtown. It is reasonably priced. We stayed in a double queen bedroom. I had 2 complaints. As you can see in the picture, there is very little room at the end of the beds. I also always like to sleep by the AC. I literally had to crawl off the end of the bed. The bathroom door also shuts on its own. Other than those 2 minor complaints, I enjoyed the room.

Unable to contact property. I had a booking for this hotel for 3 nights. Ended up only staying one night because my 5 month old, and husband ended up getting sick from the mold we ended up finding in the room which I took photos of. Checked out the next day and was told there should be no issue receiving a refund due to the circumstances and that someone will be in contact with me. It’s been 5 days and still haven’t received a call or refund of any kind. Every time you try and cal the property all you get is a busy signal if I could rate this with -0 stars I would.

We arrived a bit after midnight and stood at the door, ringing the bell and calling the front desk for nearly 10 minutes until someone finally came to let us check in.Our room (126) really smelled like stale cigarettes and desperately needed to be vacuumed. There was a random stick in the floor, small pieces of paper along the baseboards... and what appeared to be pasta sauce splattered down the side of the TV stand/dresser. I unmade the bed, and there was a bottle of the hotel brand lotion under the headboard. It was so late, and we were so tired, we just stayed without complaining. I wish I had paid attention to some of the bad reviews beforehand.Unfortunately, one bed is also so close to the window that if your curtains are closed while the A/C is running, the curtains blow across the bed the whole time. Overall, the sheets and beds themselves appeared clean despite the musty/smoky smell in the room. That is really the only reason I gave it 3 stars.

The hotel was close to the site. They got us right in and put us on the first floor. Everything was clean, and we had absolutely no issues with this hotel. Will stay again if in Raleigh working.

For something not higher tier, it’s not bad. Plenty of space to put our stuff and move around, had a walk in shower, decent quality furniture. Breakfast was impressive for this being a budget motel - scrambled eggs, sausage, tater tots. Only complaint was the “coffee flavored water”.I would caution about the steep slope up to the entrance - if you are handicap or disabled (as I was), have a travel buddy with you!

We were there to attend a concert at the Amphitheater and found this hotel nearby. Very, very pleased with the hotel. It was exceptional clean, fresh/modern and really like the layout and design of the King room. Someone gave a lot of thought into the design for it was spacious and very practical with design and elements. Best Mini fridge I've encountered on my travels with great depth and overall capacity. The bathroom was spacious, and the full wall length vanity was a plus for unloading both our toiletry bags. Used their shampoo/conditioner and was very impressed with the brand (RAIO) - kept touching my hair throughout the day for it was soooo soft. Ended up ordering the product from Amazon. The bed was very, very comfortable. The front desk and hotel personnel were super friendly, astute, and go out of their way to help you. The hotel is conveniently located to various restaurants and shopping areas yet secluded from noise and traffic. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area and highly recommend this hotel!!

Clean, comfortable room. Nothing fancy. The room had a few damaged spots on the wall but they were small. The room was probably over-priced but that’s more a result of the market. No complaints about the room or the staff. Wasn’t crazy about the $100 damage deposit I had to pay upon checking in - that was unexpected and not disclosed beforehand. But if you’re just passing through and need a clean room for a night or two, this is a good option.

The stay was nice, staff was friendly. But the room had a weird smell that didn’t seem to go away it smelled anywhere from wet dog, to old food, to smelly shoes. And I saw a German cockroach crawling around on the kitchenette area, I only saw one and it was right before I checked out had I seen it on the first day I would have definitely been creeped out my whole stay. And the hill getting into it is super steep. Had the room not smelled and I hadn’t seen a cockroach it would’ve been a 5 star.

Booked through Booking.com 5 days in advance. Had a confirmation email and number, but hotel did not have the information for our stay. Thankfully, they had room and they treated it as a “walk in”. When I pulled the comforter bad, there was a hair on the sheets. Old fashioned rubber bath mat grossed me out. A/C unit did not cool effectively. Overall price was good, but I would have rather paid more for a much cleaner, renovated, and comfy-feeling place.
