“This theater is very small, offering an intimate experience. The lobby is inviting with a bar that offers drinks (alcoholic and not), and a few snacks( candy and popcorn). There was a guitar -singer playing, and a couple of tables and armchairs, all in all, very very nice! The play, Barbeque, was very good and the actors and actresses excellent. My husband and I were happy we gave it a try, and now we are looking forward to seeing more plays there.”

“Ordered via uber eats, first time trying hereOrder: Everything kolache, Apple & brie kolache, Mexican street corn, half Turkey avacado sandwich & chicken velvet soup, cookieSandwich was good, and lots of meat, but for something with "chipotle mayo" it had zero spice. My partner loved the kolaches. Street corn, again, needed some spice! Tasted just like corn and mayo. The sou...was inedible! I had no idea what "chicken velvet" was, but it sounded like regular cream of chicken. I passed on the tomato basil because I didn't want oil in the soup...surprise then when I open the soup and there's a THICK layer of oil!”

“ArtSpace is an extremely well thought out and executed space for artists of all kinds. There’s something to look at everywhere. Even the building is beautiful and historic. They rotate the exhibits and artist, so you really get an immersive experience every time you visit. The team is extremely welcoming and friendly, and made up of mostly creatives themselves. This is one of the most inspiring places in Raleigh North Carolina.”

“This is my favorite charity. I was happy to donate to them recently knowing that these chairs would go to someone who really needs them and who will appreciate them. It is amazing how many folks this project helps. I especially like that they try to make sure every child in Wake County has a bed.”

“Shop Local Raleigh is such a fantastic resource for soloprenuers and small biz owners in the Triangle. I was feeling stressed trying to do all the things and bring all the ideas I had to life at one time. The team sat down with me and help me focus on the big vision and how to break that down into smaller steps. Most importantly, they helped me connect with other like-minded businesses in our area. They offer monthly meet-ups and online training regularly. Most importantly, they speak on our behalf to local governments and regulators so we can do what we need to do to earn and income and keep positively impacting our community. I am proud to be a member of this organization and thankful for the other businesses who help support us.”

“I love this thrift store! I recently discovered it and I have only been a couple of times now but every time I go the energy there is so positive and fun that it is contagious. The staff can be overheard singing to the fun music and laughing with each other. They have great prices and a great selection. If you follow them on social media they post all their sales for the week on Sunday or Monday.”

“I'm pretty surprised to read all of the negative reviews because I've had nothing but positive experiences with CESI. I've been working with them since 2018 and I never thought Id see myself out of credit card debt. Before CESI, I had called a couple of other credit relief companies but none of them worked with Discover and that was the card that was eating me alive in monthly interest. Through CESI the interest rates on my cards were lowered to below 8% which made paying off my debt manageable. A card that 5 years ago had a $12k balance will be paid off next month. Customer service has always been so helpful and friendly. They offer a lot of financial education and resources so that you can learn and understand finances and remain debt free. I've never felt any judgment from the representatives I've spoken to which made me want to reach out to them anytime I had questionsI'm writing this review to say, if you're serious about getting out of debt, give them a call. They may be the company you've been looking for. They have been a huge help to me.”

“I worked at the Tammy lynn center in Raliegh, I absolutely loved it. I had to quit because of such a long commute from fayetteville. The traffic was horrendous no matter what shift I worked. It's such a great organization. I so loved it there. I hated to quit, probably the best job I ever had. Very relaxed, I could wear regular street clothes. , hang out with the clients. Oh I loved it. The clients were such loving beautiful sweet human beings. THEY loved everyone. They really touched my life. They were so great full and appreciated even the smallest thing you did for them. It really wasn't like a real regular job. It was like a family. Feel like your spending the day with family. From the tiny babies to the the oldest. I absolutely loved it. I cried all the way home the day I resigned. Wish there was one in fayetteville, I'd volunteer to work there”

“First time user and the first impression was mixed. Great selection of equipment but laid out a bit like a maze so you need to search the different rooms. Some of the staff acts as if this was a free gym and not a pricy membership. Rushing people out in an unpleasant way when closing approaches and that’s on a Sunday, when they close at 5. Most other gyms stay open until 7-8 on weekends.”

“The staff are great with the young men that attend; instilling lifelong morals and manners that will be showcased throughout their lives. As a single mother to a son, it's a blessing to have the tough love given from the [male] staff; that big brother/fatherly love. Thankful to have found this community as new residents to NC.”

“I used to visit the old location of Hilltop Home with my mother when I was just a boy. My mom volunteered there some and I went with her once/week to see 2-3 main children. There was one little girl that my mom had a major bond with. The little girl was terminal. She had some condition where her head grew extremely large and grew much faster than the rest of her body as well. I recall some adults talking about her. They used the term water head baby. I still don’t know what that means. Or if it’s even a real condition. I could be saying something politically incorrect right now and if so, i apologize.I remember being very sad about the girl bc they said she was goi g to die. She couldn’t talk but I talked to her. She cried a little bit and I did too. I didn’t know her, but I didn’t want her to die. I was probably five or six years old maybe seven. I remember suggesting to my mom that she bring her home with us that we could take care of her. Which obviously was a foolish little boy thing to say . But I didn’t know any better. I just didn’t want her to die and leave this world but again I didn’t know what I was talking about. I believe I cried all the way home. That night I told my mom I didn’t t want to go back there ever again. She said OK and I Bebe returned.I recall my mom going to visit her a lot over the next 3-4 days. She went every day. Mom was sad and had been crying when she came home. I told my mom that I did t like her being sad and crying and maybe she should t go back there after God Takes the little girl to Heaven. Mom told me she thought that was probably a great idea BUT she HAD to go back there. She was on the Board of Directors for Hilltop Home. She also did a lot of fundraising for them over the years. But overtime, My mom slowly stopped going too. When I think back, I believe that little girl probably died on that 3rd day after my last trip with momma. Just a guess. After my mom went off the board at hilltop, I didn’t hear a whole lot about it for a long long time. I thought it was in a different location when I was going with mom that would’ve been 45 years ago or more. I actually think it was on a hilltop , but I could be wrong about that. I know it’s a great organization and does great work. If anyone is looking for a great charity to donate to, please consider hilltop home. If you like my review or related to my story, please give me a thumbs up ? and click follow. Thank you.”
