While inside this store is humongous, and sometimes the store does get crowded which I understand. I used to go there to get my glasses fixed when I was 16, and the staff there was nice. I tried their pizza, and it wasn't really my type (no offense). Overall clean and nice store, and I'll give this place another try, and I'll add 5 stars to be fair. You guys are doing fantastic by the way.

We came here to get gas before our trip back home. We didn't go in, so this review is just for ease in getting gas. I have nothing negative to say about this Costco. But then again, I never have an issue with Costco.

We stopped by the Costco located in Raleigh North Carolina. This is a fantastic store. We were there to pick up some things for Christmas dinner. They have a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. The store is clean and well stocked. It was busy today but the staff kept the lines moving so it didn't take too long to get checked out.

Bought hearing aids less than 6 months ago. Started having problems over time and lately unwearable. I called and spoke with Jamie at the hearing aid department. My understanding is I had six months to return warranty. Jamie told me today was my last day to return for refund which initially surprised me. Then she said I couldn't return it without appointment and the following week was the soonest. I asked what I can do and she said I will talk with a specialist and get back to me. I know a brush off when it happens so I decided to take them back since today was the last day. At the store I was put in a waiting status so I looked up my financial statements and I found I had 10 more days left to return them. After hanging out for 30 minutes they started paperwork. I then told Jamie her information was incorrect because I had 10 days left and had I known I would have scheduled a return date. I looked her straight in the eyes and said that she made a mistake. She refused to admit the mistake and I kept telling her she needs to take responsibility for the mistake. She refused after I asked several times and I explained to her manager I wasn't letting her get away with it. If she admitted she made a mistake then she would have to apologize to me for her mistake and causing me to rush to the store, anticipating a problem situation. It did feel like a big hustle to me but they eventually did the right thing. I'm thinking about writing a letter to Charlie Munger their biggest investor. Has them on a pedestal and billions invested. Jamie was the bigger problem and that's why I gave a 2 star rating

My company has gone here for years. We recently had a run in with some employees there. Apparently, you can not buy water in bulk at this bulk retailer. Also, the gentleman at the podium was staring at his phone the whole time we were trying to get help. Also, if you have a corporate membership card, you can not send your employees to make purchases fd or you. But you also can't add them as an authorized user unless they live with you. Looks like we are switching to Sam's club. Never have o had employees of a store be so rude to me as a customer.

BOB DYLAN APPRECIATION POST!!!!!! i write letters to bob dylan all the time. ive written about 57 where i pour my heart out gush gush gushy and he always sends them back because of "invalid address" and such. MY mom says he's a jerk. i say he's a god. i expect rain and i expect rain and i expect a letter back and i expect mail. i am going to marry bob Dylan one day. Do NOT buy your appliances here if you want an on time delivery and good customer service. It took them 4 reschedules over 3 weeks to install a new washer, dryer, and fridge. Reschedule #1: fridge couldn't be installed because they needed a 4 man team (ok, I get that). Washer dryer just wasn't installed. We found out from the next team to visit they the first team was just being lazy. That's honestly what the third team said to us. Reschedule #2: ETA was 7-9 am. No delivery. We called customer service and they said our deliver was pushed back to 11-1pm. It's 1:45 and we had not been serviced so we called customer service again. They said "you're next, the team will be there in 20 minutes!" 45 minutes later and still no service, we called again to find out the team "missed" our house. Reschedule #3: washer dryer was finally installed! They couldn't get the fridge up the stairs without the railing coming off. Apparently they couldn't wait for us to quickly unscrew it, so we were rescheduled again. Finally, we got our fridge on the 4th visit. The team size- 3 people! Looks like the didn't need the team of 4 in the first place... but, our walls got very banged up and the LVN floor was damaged. Costco didn't reach out to us to reschedule on any of these attempts, but they did have a team text us for a tip LOL. The service people were friendly enough, but the whole experience was enough to make me say don't buy appliances at Costco unless you want a laughably bad experience!

The Chocolate Tuxedo Mousse Cake at Costco?! WOW! Yum! Apparently this cake is very well-known. I just have learned about it though and boy does it live up to its name and delicious reputation! You must- you have to…. eat some of it. It’s BANGIN!!!! ?

Costcos are all the same, sure. The aisles are wide, plenty of options, etc etc. We got a huge deal on a Sonos sound bar and speakers which is awesome. They were selling quick because of the early Black Friday deals. The staff here are really nice, too. It gets super busy on weekends but the lines move quickly compared to other costcos I've been to. Overall, it's a great Costco with nice employees.

Just left the store right now and had to immediately come to Yelp to review. I'm getting really sick and tired of store clerks feeling they have a right to point out and laugh at customers and make disrespectful remarks regarding what sports team apparel they're wearing. Yes, I'm fully aware my team is bad. Doesn't mean I won't sport their cap when I go out. I should be able to with being rudely laughed at by the staff. (Looking at you lady working the self checkout lanes) STORES: properly train your employees not to make any remarks about customer's clothing. It's inappropriate, unprofessional, and makes them feel uncomfortable shopping there. You're not cute or funny and I will contact corporate to put an employee on blast the next time it happens.

So this Costco is a little hectic depending on the time of day. You definitely need to be careful in the parking lot. Other then that they are fully stocked with a load of goods due to the fact it's in the City. Fall season is here so flannels are out to play. This Costco carries more items than most.

Great pricing on virtually everything. Trade off is you usually only have one choice per product category. Sometimes you get a name brand and Costco brand option. With a large family the savings easily justify an executive membership.

Never dined in Costco before, but after a night out the day prior, this lunch was the perfect meal! I felt so revived after this pizza. My friend ordered a hotdog and once I saw the food, I HAD to get some myself! The meal was so affordable and honestly I would pay more for it, that pizza was HUGE and THAT good! I'm very pleased with it all, even though I'm not even a Costco member! Might have to reconsider that now Great experience! There were sanitizer stations across the whole facility, but as a constructive recommendation: maybe have some sanitizing wipes by the food area! It was generally clean but I would've felt more comfortable if I could wipe my table off before!

This review is about my 1st time getting prescription glasses from Costco. I read online that Costco glasses were really affordable and good quality so I went to check it out. I went with my prescription and I waited in line for assistance. Leah ended up assisting me. I let her know that I had my prescription w/o the PD so I would need my PD if I were to purchase glasses. Then I asked, even if I don't purchase glasses, how much do you charge for the PD? She stated they don't give the PD without an eyeglass purchase. Cool. So I proceeded to start looking. She then told me "If you know you are not going to buy any glasses, don't try any on so we won't have to sanitize glasses for no reason." I felt that was she was being rude with that statement. Perhaps plenty of people come in just for a PD and waste time looking around and trying on glasses but I still don't feel it's appropriate to tell potential customers not to try on glasses simply so you don't have to sanitize them.Anywho, I found the cutest frames there that day. However, Costco does not take EyeMed insurance from the State Health Plan. So I went home to call my insurance to make sure it qualified for Out of Network and then came back in the next day. Leah was once again the person to assist me. She looked up the frame and the system said it was Out of Stock. To say I was disappointed, was a huge understatement. But then she said "Wait. Let me check the buckets to see if they are in there" and they were. The fact that she checked for me instead of just simply going by what the system said is pretty much why this review has 3 stars instead of 2.The glasses were good quality. Comparable to optical stores that charge $200+ for name brand frames. I'd get glasses from there again.
