Rooms: They didn't service the rooms. Trash cans got full, and we could have used a few fresh towels. The room had a coffee maker, but only two cups. We used the cups the night before to make cocktails. In the morning, we had to wash the paper cups to make coffee.

Nothing special, but also no issues. Room was priced appropriately during my stay. Would be nice if breakfast would be included.

Hotel restaurants are a factor when I choose where to stay. Because I waited for 35 minutes for a $14 breakfast sandwich that I never received, I give this place 1 lousy star.

So.... This literally deserves no more than 3 stars. Not sure how this has over a 4.3. First of all, my room didn't have shampoo, or body wash, or hand soap, so that was fun. Second, the shower curtain is way too short so it doesn't properly keep water out and gets all over the floors. Lastly, the charging outlets in the lights next to the beds, are way too loose, and your charging blocks are very loose and easily fall out when trying to plug in. Not an impressive hotel at all. The concierge and front desk service is great, and very polite. But, the service and attention to detail on the rooms is definitely lacking.

So I had been staying at this hotel for damn near 2 weeks until my home was completed I had no issues I came back in town stayed one nite ok cool come back the next nite and check in pay my incidentals an go to my room go to put my soda n the refrigerator an discover a ROACH I call front desk the girl says I’ll send someone to clean it out HUH? EXCUSE ME? I can’t get another room I absolutely don’t want to stay n this room so she says hold on calls her manager.. so after about 15 min on hold the manager come to the phone and tells me I have to leave the hotel because my name was put on a DO NOT RENT LIST I’m like wait what I just stayed here last nite no problem but the nite I see a roach in my room after y’all let me check in now my name is on the DO NOT RENT LIST mind u all I stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks so I said all this to say they are nasty and they are liars and oh they never even showed me any kind of proof where I smoked in the room nor did they show me proof of my name on a DO NOT RENT LIST! And I have proof of the roach in my room

The staff was very friendly and quick when I checked in. I came in and dropped my bags off and headed back out to meet up with my best friend to see if they needed any last minute help for the birthday dinner I came in town for....so I didn't inspect the room when I first arrived. At first glance it looked fine, however when I returned to get dressed I had no towels in my room. And there was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and a few strands in the tub...I didn't complain to front desk..I just cleaned it myself becausei didn'thavetime to wait for them to come cleanit or put me in another room. This is my first time staying at the Marriott and my first time writing a review for a hotel...and for the price I paid for one night..I really expected more attention to cleanliness. I'm not sure how I feel about staying in the future at another Marriott ..but I will not return to this one...and will definitely read the reviews before booking one somewhere else

The rooms were nice, although I wish it had a coffee maker. I appreciated the outdoor patio and seating area in the lobby . I have to say, however, I am very disappointed with this place. This was the hotel chosen for brother’s wedding. We probably had 75 guests or something staying here. But they REALLY messed up… apparently they overbooked the rooms, and because it was an important wedding, of course almost everyone came. So… my sister in laws brothers, of all people, came around 12. They were informed the room wasn’t available. They asked to be notified as soon as one was. Now, HORRENDOUSLY, they were informed after the wedding ceremony… around 9 or so, that they no longer had a room! HER BROTHERS! Of all people!They offered to pay for another hotel and transportation to it, but that’s not the point! We wanted to be TOGETHER, in the same hotel, for the after party! And the cherry on top, the fireplace in the patio area would not light. I don’t care if it’s October, it should have been an option. I’m sure that was a major factor in picking this hotel! The lady at the desk tried her best, but this screw up was beyond her doing. If they are going to be greedy overbookers, I think they should look for large groups and such that are supposed to be together, like a wedding, before doing so!!!

Usually I have good experiences at Marriotts and have ben a Marriott Bonvoy member for many years . However, I had terrible experience at this Marriott!I was in town for a few days for a funeral.Returning to my room, the bed was unmade, trash not emptied, and no clean towels.I called "guest services" and then the hotel operator - both of whom never answered.Finally I went down to the lobby to complain.I was told housekeeping was gone for the day.I emailed my displeasure to Marriott and received a curt reply.I could tell the Marriott spokesperson who responded didn't care.

This hotel was fabulous. Customer service was A1. And the accommodations were great. Very clean rooms very great location to a lot of activities and fabulous customer service was a great experience.

We were treated horible by this motel after Actually, I think you're doing me a favor for let me stay there. They made me leave saying. I was associated with somebody that got in trouble there and that I couldn't stay there any longer. Which I wasn't even associated and had no idea what they're talking about. But I was insulted and said screw this amazement

If you have the chose to choose this triangle or downtown, pick the downtown one. The room I had had furniture stains, bug in the bathroom, the toilet seat still had pee stains from the previous user, and the bathroom drain plug cannot stay up. This was not a clean place to stay in. For the $500 for two nights I would of rather stayed in downtown marriot, modern look and clean.

Had to provide a review after the service my wife and I received. We were up in Raleigh for a medical procedure with a follow-up early the next morning. The procedure was done quicker than anticipated and we were unable to check into our original accommodations. Thanks to Rayne Addison, the Front Office supervisor, and her crew, they were able to find a room at her hotel for us. She the rest of the staff went out of their way to help us and speaks to their professionalism and willingness to help in our time of need.I really cannot express my gratitude to Rayne and her staff. I will absolutely stay here again simply because of their actions.

From the outside it's a nice hotel. The problem that I had was after I was checked in and went to my room I was greeted by a bedbug. I recorded a video just in case the front desk didn't believe me. I went to the front desk and she blew us off asking did we want another room. Why would I want another room at this hotel if you have bedbugs? After we refused another room the clerk was dismissive. She didn't even direct or recommend another hotel. I would post the video but my information is in the video.

Giving my overall a one star due to the fact that one of the overnight staff tried to force himself in to my room and then touched me inappropriately. I cant really rate this hotel because I barley stayed after this incident I checked out immediately and went to the Hilton Hotel 11 mins away from this hotel. I was traveling for business! I love the Marriot but after this incident I do not feel safe. I have to file a police report on the staff and I called corporate to report the issue.Oh! and I was still charged for the room FYI that I didn't stay in.
