Crabtree is a large and popular shopping destination located in Raleigh, North Carolina, offering over 220 stores across 73 acres of indoor and outdoor space. It features a wide variety of shops that cater to many tastes, including specialty products, home goods, perfumeries, and even Wagyu steak. Visitors can enjoy a great selection of restaurants, including a well-regarded food court with many options for quick bites or sit-down meals. The mall is known for its cleanliness, neatness, and well-maintained facilities, including clean bathrooms and attentive staff who work hard to keep the environment enjoyable.
Many visitors appreciate how manageable the crowds are, even during busy holiday seasons, making it a pleasant place to shop and dine without feeling overwhelmed. The parking options are extensive, with multiple lots and an underground garage, although some find parking spots small and navigation in the lot a bit hectic due to narrow aisles and fast drivers. The mall's layout can be somewhat confusing for first-time visitors, but overall, it remains a favorite for locals and newcomers alike.
Crabtree's appealing mix of stores, quality dining options, and clean, organized environment make it a great place for shopping, eating, and enjoying specialty services. It is a place that many find easy to visit regularly, offering something for everyone in a convenient and friendly setting.
First time visiting since a teenager after moving away, pleasantly surprised with how little has changed (for the better).
Good amount of food on the 2nd floor food court.
