I have been here four times and never gotten to eat. I'm here on the 30th of September and I walked through the dining area, and there are 20 empty tables and they told me it was a 40 minute wait for two people. Cracker Barrel get your s*** together

When we arrived the parking lot seemed almost empty. It was on a Saturday evening around 5:15 pm. Upon checking in for a table we were told there was a thirty minute wait. They did not have enough servers. The food was lukewarm and ok but not great. It is not the servers fault because everyone I saw working looked like they were worn out and frazzled! It’s sad but that seems to be the standard now. Not sure we would come back next time but this area close to the airport has few good options.

I cant leave few enough stars. Service was crap, dining area was no where near busy. We waitied at least 15 minutes before they even asked about our drinks. Watched the wait staff stand around for a number of minutes. Just all around crappy service.

They took 45 mins to even serve us drinks, and all the food came our hard, cold and gross. When we asked for it to be removed the manager yelled at my husband and shushed him. Do not recommend

This Cracker Barrel is very hidden behind some trees. Even their sign is covered up. To get there take the Airport Blvd. Exit away from the airport and go down about a half mile and turn right on Slater Road across from the Texas Steakhouse. Take the first left. My food and service was excellent. Ordered their great Lemon Rainbow Trout which is a good value also with two grilled filets. I had mashed potatoes and carrots with it. Service was friendly and prompt. As always make sure you look in the Cracker Barrel gift shop which has a great Christmas selection.

The hostess Deanna is very rude and unprofessional. She told me I had to wait til my server bussed a table before she sat me yet she was doing absolutely nothing. The next day I come and she didn't even acknowledge me. I had to wait for another hostess to seat me. I am a frequent customer at cracker barrel and it's sad I have to feel unwelcome by a hostess with a bad attitude. Everything else is a 5 star.

Well I walked in stood at the hostess stand for about 3 mins every one looking at me. But noone said anything to me. Finally one lady That walked past me 2 times set me throw my forks on the table walked away..ummm hello I know everywhere is short handed but at the same time it never should have happen that way. I also felt like my waitress throw my drinks down. I have been here a few times never been treated like this. Next time I'm in the area I will find some where else to eat.

Hubby and I decided to eat breakfast here to kick off July 4 festivities.Check in and order was prompt.The room was almost empty as it was 8:30 am.After a few min we saw more people got sitted after us ,like 3 tables.So we sat and talked and noticed the food is served in those 3 tables that came after us.I asked the server and she said it’s that 1 steak that’s holding our food.I ordered eggs and grits ,my hubby chose the item that has steak on it.It’s a joke to wait for it for almost 25 min.We eat out a lot,and felt like this place is discriminatory,never had this experience,and am never one to fuss.I didn’t feel happy spending my time and money here.There are better places out in the area that makes you feel happy.This place is pretentious and assuming and not a good place to eat out.

So, I think this is the 2nd review I've done for this specific Cracker Barrel. This time, served RAW CHICKEN TENDERS! What was supposed to be marinated chicken tenders came out all stuck together and when pulled apart, they were completely raw! Both mine and my husband's order. What made it worse, is the manager NEVER came out to the table. When the orders were re-made, they came out the same way! Again, no manager came out. We left! DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT FOR ANYTHING!!!

We came in for breakfast after a hotel stay in the area. We had to wait a bit for a table although the place was not too busy. Waitress was very pleasant and took care of us quickly. However, we were disappointed in the food. It was just so- so with the biggest issue being that it was not served hot! Eggs are never very tasty when they arrive luke warm. As we needed to head out on a long drive, we did not ask for them to be re-done but will think twice before eating here again if we pass through the area.

Worst experience ever having just arrived to Ft. Bragg went in with my wife and got sat in a corner space behind the hostess. No one checked on us for 15 min. Placed our order and waited another 30 min while the waitress was chatting all over the restaurant not even checking on our food. Table of 10 got sat next to us and waited on right away. They were talking so loud we couldn't even hear each other. There was hardly anyone there it's 2:30pm finally decided to get up and leave because it was evident by the time they brought food it would have been cold sitting in a window. How long does it take to make breakfast and a chicken blt?

Good value and the food was decent too. I'd go there again . This was my first time at a CB. Lots of cool stuff in the lobby also.

I have a deep rooted love for Cracker Barrel and it will never go away. No matter how many less than 5 stars I give, I will always love them. While this one wasn't stellar, it was solid enough of an experience to go back. The wait for a table was absurd. Over an hour and a half but less that half the restaurant full. I'm guessing they are super short staffed. The online reservation was wonky and the servers were stressed. Once we were seated, the server was prompt and helpful. He was attentive and accommodating. I got a breakfast sammy and my partner got the grandma sampler. Both were delicious and we shared. The coffee was decent too. Nice portions and all the food was hot. I had no idea they started serving alcohol (is this a new thing?!) and so we all ordered strawberry mimosas. They were so sad. My friends were excited because they came with the bottle last time but not this time the pour was not "generous" as the menu suggested and it was premixed. Maybe the original oj one would be better? The bathrooms and store were clean. I do miss the days of goat milk lotion in the bathroom. Plenty of parking.

My family and I arrived at the restaurant. A few people frantic about their vehicle alarm constantly sounding off like someone ran out of Walmart with a sweater. "I lost my keys, I lost my keys." The next question is, how'd they get inside the vehicle if it was locked and the alarm started to sound, or if it were unlocked, the vehicle alarm would go off if there was an anti-theft system intact. Fishy Situation. We went in the restaurant. We looked around. The place had that welcoming grandma feeling that we all liked as a child, but the smell of my grandma was there too. I opened the door, and it smelt like old oil and urine. After we looked around the shopping area awhile, we were greeted by an employee with a huge bite of food in his mouth, which is fine with me, it may not be fine with others. He took us to our table, lo and behold, there was a huge pool of water in the chair. What if a customer sat in it? A wet booty maketh me moody(KingsMen Humor). The server seen the puddle and went for a replacement. Two other servers came around and started arguing what kind of chair we needed. They asked what was going on and was confused on why the chair needed replacement. We explained 3 times without any mental acknowledgment. I felt stupid talking to them. We got a chair for him And we finally sat down. We had a full blown conversation about how beautiful our baby was, and the waitress stopped talking very abruptly, "y'all have to move to another table." She explained that We had to move due to the fact our baby boy, that was in his car seat, was taking too much space near a window seat, and he had to move somewhere else to make room for everyone around us, so we had to move to a different table due to our child. Understandable. We moved. The waiter asked what we would like to drink.... We said water. After being sat down at two separate tables, a huge conversation, and a needless chair argument, We waited 30 minutes after that just to have Nobody to come with water or a follow-up to order food. My kids crayons fell on the floor, and my wife reached under the table. A surprised look stuck on her face as she sat back up in her chair. She said, "It's bad, it's all bad." I could only imagine what she seen, so I looked under there as well. I had the time to see all the half eaten food that was under the tables there, and watching one of the servers, clean the tables and a piece of chicken lands in a chair and she left it there. Everything dirty I started to see, was starting to haunt me a bit. I looked my wife, and she was looking at me, and I said.... We gotta go.... She said.... Never again....
