Cricket wireless allowed Sim Swapping to occur on my account 4 times; all by the same person! They did absolutely nothing (and I mean nothing at all) to secure my account though I beg them, I was being sent fake verification codes so I could not access my account, they would not lock my account but continued to allow this hacker access to my accounts to make whatever changes he pleased. He accessed every single online account I have as well as gained all 2fa codes and made whatever changes he wanted. I am suffering so many consequences from this; 6 months of my life has literally stolen. I still feel as though I have gotten nowhere. The worst part, cricket does nothing but lie, I am being completely honest, they will lie and lie and lie to cover up their actions. I have so much proof to prove my case. I'm going to seek legal advice. Because this has been ridiculous. I can scream when I think about the fact that somebody from that company gave my SIM card to somebody in nigeria, a hacker, what in the world is wrong with this company

Wosrt store i have been to, THEY CHARGE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , STORE VERY DIRTY AND IVETTE G needs more CUSTOMER SERVICE training if She's going to CHARGE FOR it . Im canceling My line and calling headquaters, this is crazy

Store outside has papers all over the entrance from whatever they have advertising. The girls there will not let you pay a bill unless you have your ID with you. Which I get it’s a policy but it’s definitely a first time implementing that rule . When I opened my account they didn’t even ask for an ID. Make that make sense please. The two women here don’t seem to know what they are doing and definitely waste customers time. I will continue to use online services because these employees cricket have in their retail store need more training.
