Terrible customer service from one of the girls, super rude. I only got to ask for information and I accuse myself of having called on the phone and asked for the same information, when I never called on the phone to ask for any information.

Be me, go online to get a repair to my Cricket device. Get directions to this store. Site says they do repairs. Walk in, feeling like a millionaire. Until of course they say that no. In fact they do not do repairs. But are quick to try and make a sale. Lady!! I'm trying to get my CRICKET phone fixed and You're making a sale? Yep switching companies after this!!
