I got assisted by Burl and Samantha, they both have great communication skills and were very helpful. I prefer CubeSmart Self Storage over any other facility in Raleigh, NC.

I can't say enough good things about these folks. I needed some storage back in May, and completely underestimated how big a space I would need. The day of the move, in a panic I recognized everything wouldn't fit. The guys working couldn't have been more helpful and just said go pick another! It was a lifesaver on a stressful day. And then when everything was crammed into one of the units, a piece got stuck and I couldn't lift the latch. The Cubesmart employees came over and helped. The place was clean, the people were kind, and I would absolutely recommend. And just saying - I looked at all the other storage units on Capital, and this was the one I chose - very happy with it!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with CubeSmart Self Storage. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the rental process. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I found the perfect unit size for my needs. The facility itself is spotless, well-lit, and very secure—I feel completely confident that my belongings are safe. I especially appreciate the convenient access hours and how easy it is to get in and out with the wide driveways and carts provided. The online account system is also super user-friendly, making payments and account management a breeze. CubeSmart has truly taken the stress out of storage and turned it into a smooth, positive experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and professional storage solutions.

Been a 4 year customer of Cubesmart- safe, reliable and climate controlled storage environment. Came in today to discuss finances and spoke with Burl! Update: 9/12 - Everyone at this location is so helpful! I came in today with some questions and needed help getting into my unit. Burl was amazing! He took the time to help me and I’m so grateful.
I came in last week looking for a space to hold my things and Matt was super helpful. He was very patient and answered all of my questions and even took the time to explain some things to me about the contract so that when it was time for me to sign the paperwork I had 0 issues.
