My experience was great! The staff was very patient, polite, and accommodating with a medication transfer order from another CVS Pharmacy. I really appreciated their professionalism and assistance with this matter.

They do not take medication urgency seriously and majority of the staff always has an attitude as if they hate their jobs. I called last week and was lied to about a request being sent to my son’s doctor for a Rx change as I was told the original Rx was on back order. The girl working had an attitude about me even asking when she thought it might be off of back order and if they had the brand name instead. She continues by sighing and saying “yes I can send a request to the doctor” The doctors never got a request she just put something in the system just to get me off the phone. No follow ups no nothing .
My son’s Rx has been held up all because she didn’t want to do her job correctly. Do better !

The staff was nice, but this review is more for CVS as a whole.
I'm a US citizen, but have been out of the country for work for the past 6 years, so I don't have health insurance here. I recently returned for a visit. I needed some prescription eye drops. My doctor prescribed me a medication that I bought for US$7 in Africa, but this CVS tried to charge me US$2,000 here for the exact same medication.
I cannot afford that, so I tried a few other local pharmacies and was able to find the exact same medication for US$120 elsewhere.
Shop around and you may save lots. Best of luck.

had to come back twice, service was very poor and still left with no prescription in my hand. If you expect to use your app plan to go to a real cvs.

Always a ducking long line. I’ve gone four days without my medicine because each time I get there on various days and times, there’s fifteen people in front of people. There’s only ever two pharmacy people. One in the back doing god knows what, and the one that rings you up and they both move slow as molasses. Doesn’t matter who is working. Disgusting

Stopped in to ask a quick question about my sons meds from another pharmacy. They were very helpful. I was slightly confused why the pharmacist would tell me not to follow the NPs notes about following the exact amount of days for the meds. Kinda confused about that. I asked another pharmacy an they said he shouldn’t have said that.

Don't come here. CVS never has enough people working. And many other poor service and cvs only rules. The wait time today was 1:20 minutes with 9 people in front of me. I came by here early in the day and it was 12 people. Decided to come back 2 hours later a was still backed up. I was the ninth person. Have been up happy with cvs service for several years and this drove the final nail in the coffin. Will definitely look for a different drug store chain. Miss the old mom and pop drug store with the fountain milk shakes while you wait.

The only negative thing I have to say is sometimes they are understaffed, which means a longer wait time. Come early or in the later part of the afternoon, since it seems everyone tries to come on their lunch break. The staff has always been friendly and VERY helpful; I had a very complicated workmans comp case that made getting medication difficult at best and impossible at worst. They did a lot of legwork, calling and getting in touch with doctors and the workmans comp reps....seriously, I would have been lost without them.Even though I have moved from this area, I still have my meds sent there and pick them up on my way home from work, purely because of the kindness and competency displayed by the staff at all times.

My wife and I have Covid and were told to come inside the store to pick up our prescriptions when we said we didn’t have anybody who could come in and get them for us. We were then asked “well, why didn’t you have it sent to a CVS with a drive-through?” Idk, but I do know you won’t need to worry about me having anything filled at a CVS again after this. Unreal.

I've gone here since I moved from out of state in July. I stuck around due to the kind staff. I truly don't believe the staff are rhe problem, but there's a serious lack of store management/something is amiss.I went to get my rx Tuesday before Thanksgiving, as I'm sick and my dr sent in antibiotics. The Pharmacy said this would be ready, in addition to my other meds and told me 8pm. Great... so I showed up to find at least 3 others waiting. The pharmacist was very snippy, but honestly I don't blame her at all- it was an overwhelming situation.I got my antibiotics after a bit (the cvs was closed but 6+ of us waited, as we were instructed ). I did no5, however, get the other medication promised. Had I known sooner how busy theywee, I'd have transferred it all, to get my needed meds.I called the next day and they said they needed about an hour. I showed up...430pm the day before Thanksgiving...everything was shut down in the pharmacy and staff didn't know it was closed or why.I got 1 of 2 meds transferred to another cvs, but they said they can't fill the other without a new RX... the ine sitting on a counter in a locked store. The new CvS said the target location 190% should have been open ... thankfully in under an hourbI had my meds...after 3+ hourss of dealing with this dumpster fire over 2 days...So now... Im 3 days out from NOT getting my meds, as the pharmacy has been a wreck... simply unacceptable, as my quality of life relies on these meds.Transferring all to another location. They can't mess with my life like this...

I drove to the pharmacy after work to get a prescription filled. I tried calling ahead and the phone rang for 20 minutes. I waited in a long line only to get to the front of the line to be told they wouldn’t be able to fill the prescription before closing. I understand being understaffed but I don’t understand not having the courtesy to notify your customers that you will not be able to fill anymore prescriptions same day after a certain time. It is disrespectful of a persons time to do anything less.

So far so good. This CVS is located in the Super Target. Nothing to add other than I called in my Rx that needed to be transferred from a different state. They called when it was ready and I picked it up. That's it. I'll keep using them unless a problem arises or I need a Rx after hours because they are not 24 hours.
