I was more than pleased with the service I received from Kyandrea at the CVS Pharmacy located at 3051 New Bern Avenue in Raleigh NC. She was caring and really listened to the problem with my daughter and helped us get the refill we needed. This is a very busy pharmacy and yet, she gave us individualized attention promptly. I highly recommend this pharmacy and this CVS employee!

Reading is fundamental! Went to pick up my Rx Friday, Walgreens told me they couldn't fill it without dosage instructions and they had faxed the Dr. for more info. Waited til Monday called the Dr. nurse said instructions are already on the Rx, even the internet says take only 1 pill a day.\\nGo back Monday, still saying the same thing.\\n\\nWhen I tell her I called and the nurse said everything was there, then they filled it. Her excuse was it was really confusing to read, I don't think she can read. Asked me to move out of the drive thru, I'm like I will when someone else comes. Tells me it will take 30 mins to fill, took all of 7 minutes and no one ever came behind me. Now I just need to double check I was given the correct pills before I take 1.

Customer service is terrible they be in there cursing and being disrespectful they ignore you in the pharmacy and either your prescriptions aren’t ready or they don’t have them and the time you have to stand in the pharmacy line is ridiculous

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I hope they are just overwhelmed because they have to process the meds from the hospital nearby, but even still no one should run a business like this. I transferred my prescription on a Thursday. Never got a call that it had been processed. On Monday, after I was supposed to start the prescription on Sunday, I called up there. After 45 minutes, I was told the transfer was never processed. I asked if it was possible to transfer and process same day. She said yes and she'd call me back when it was done. I never received a phone call - she didn't even want to take my number! How was she going to call me back without my phone number?? I never heard from the pharmacy. I went up there at 5pm. I waited in line for an hour. They didn't have the prescription I needed. So I was told to wait in another line to transfer it to another CVS. After another 35 minutes. I walked out. I called in and sat on hold for 1.5 hours. No one ever answered. I tried to call another CVS to have them manually transfer and they were unable to. Because the CVS that doesn't have it, marked it as \\\"in progress\\\" no other pharmacy can touch it. It's not slated to arrive until Wednesday. By the time I get my prescription, it will be 6 days after I ordered it. I could have gotten meds from Canada faster! I could have driven to Apex Walmart, where the prescription was, and back 20x over! If I ever do get this prescription, I will NOT be going back to this CVS ever.

CVS is a great place to run in and grab what ever it is you need. Huge selection of hair, nail and skin care items. Fast service. However, prescriptions are completely separate. This is a busy location and the \"promised\" time can be an issue. Staff in pharmacy area are not as friendly and make little to no eye contact with customers waiting.

Aweful place as are just about all CVS stores. Had some prescriptions filled here and they ask you if you want to be added to the automatic refill. When you tell them no, they will often add you anyway because their corporate has a quota they must meet for sign ups on autorefills and the number of scripts they fill per week. This is considered insurance fraud. Also since they fill these scripts without your permission, you will be unable to transfer the prescription elsewhere and your insurance won't cover you to get a new prescription from your doctor because the insurance already paid for the refill you didn't authorize CVS to refill. From now on my business will be taken elsewhere so I don't have to deal with these theives.

I shop here WEEKLY. Today, however, I had the worst experience at this store with Charles and this other woman that I have never seen at that CVS until today.
