Not pleased with CVS or CVS Caremark. They make the prescription process extremely difficult. I had to call them many times in order to get my prescription accepted by my dr. I also tried with CVS Caremark and after talking to the on the phone and getting a confirmation that I will no longer need to call, I later found that they had canceled my prescription. Wait what?! So ridiculous! Once I change insurance plans from Aetna, I will be going to a different place for prescriptions.If you have prescriptions don’t go to this place!

Incredible pharmacist at this location. She worked extra hard to reduce my prescription price even though I could have paid full price. Truly exemplary.

The people at this pharmacy are great. The overall experience has become a nightmare. Last 2 pickups took an hour. Not because the medications aren’t ready — it’s because the line is 10-15 customers deep. Time to shop around for another pharmacy.

Pharmacist and staff are always super helpful. They need more staff during peak times to shorten wait for checkout.

I've been filling my prescriptions at this pharmacy for a couple years now and each pharmacist I have dealt with have been helpful and nice. There are other more convenient places that I can go but I will keep going back to this CVS at the North Hills Target because of the great service.

The pharmacy tech who works here is the bomb. She is so patient and has a good attitude. I imagine this job comes with a lot of stress and they are managing so much with vaccines too. She had on a grey headband today and colorful nails, did not catch her name.

It just kind of sucked today , my doctor gave it to this CVS pharmacy and not the other I asked , so I sped over made it in the last 5 minutes and the price was 41 dollars and , so I was giving my new discount card , and the pharmacy tech said that it would take her 10 minutes to put it in and that would be past 8:00 clock when they close. The problem is I only had 15 on me , and so I have to wait another day for medication because I didn’t have enough; makes me feel the smallest I’ve felt in a while.

This CVS is inside the Target at North Hills. This is the most efficient, organized CVS that I’ve ever dealt with (let’s be real, some of them are horribly managed). The pharmacist that I’ve spoken to on a few occasions is very kind and soft spoken. The other employees are super polite and easy to work with, especially one (I so wish I could remember her name because she is just about the nicest person ever). As an added, and very important bonus, they ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE. Incredible! Amazing! But in all seriousness, there’s hardly ever a line because of how efficient they are. They always fill my prescriptions on time (extremely important for a pharmacy to be able to do that). Instead of dreading going to pick up my meds, I kinda look forward to it knowing I’ll be greeted by a friendly, familiar face. 10/10 for sure.

Anything associated with CVS is a travesty. 10 years of using Kroger pharmacy and no issues. Less than 3 months of this Target CVS and there is an issue every time .

I started using the Target pharmacy several years ago; though it was not convenient to me, my other option was CVS and I had abandoned them long ago for many reasons. Everything was great and then, suddenly, it wasn't. The staff consisted of one actual pharmacist (who was way behind on filling scrips because she had to fix the problems and answer the questions that the rest of the very inexperienced and mostly incompetent staff couldn't handle). After two bad experiences, I learned that CVS had recently taken over the Target pharmacy and the lightbulb went on. I had years of good service from Target pharmacy and then one bad experience after another (incorrect number of refills entered into the system, wrong prices, lost scrips -- you name it) when CVS took over. Obviously, I stopped using them.
