I recently picked up a prescription and handed the pharmacist my ID to quickly find my medication in the system. When I got home, I realized they never returned my ID. I searched all my bags and in my car and couldn’t locate it. So I drove back to the pharmacy to ask the staff if they have it. They said they couldn’t find it and were so certain they returned it to me. Long story short, this business lost my ID without taking accountability. Not to mention, my other medication I requested in advance wasn’t there even after I received a phone call stating it was ready for pick up. Super unorganized.

Terrible. After receiving text to pickup medicine went there. She try to find my proscription for 25 minutes! On the end tell me she can not find and she will process order again. Her coworker find medicine immediately. Tell me copay is $120.00. My usual copay was for same medicine (generic) $5. They did not run my insurance at all! Left and will never come back.

Signs say that masks/social distancing are required, however a maskless delivery person walked within 1 foot of me. The pharmacy greeted him as a regular and did not enforce the safety protocols. The pharmacy gave me the wrong dose of a prescription I renewed. Some staff are polite, some are not.

Called CVS at Six Forks and Lynn today to place my first Rx order since transfering over my Medicare account to CVS. Very surprised to hear that my med is on backorder and they will not call me when it comes in. My previous pharmacy would leave an auto phone message to tell me when a RX is ready. The pharmacist simply said "we would have a lot of calls so you should just call CVS back to see if the drug is available". Not a good start, and I'm wondering if I made a mistake in moving over to CVS.

This is a pretty old and worn store that has a crazy busy pharmacy. The staff are friendly, but in the pharmacy they're rushed off their feet serving queues of people that are always 10-25 minutes long regardless of the time day or night. The pharmacists are friendly and helpful, as much as they can possibly be with so little support. The front counter staff are always smiling and friendly and generally you can buy things quickly there and be on your way. But in the end, the pharmacy is old and needs more staff, and the rest of the building is tired and beat up - it's seen better days. 3 stars takes into account 2 bonus stars because of the staff. Otherwise without the staff, because it's so worn out, this would only be 1 Star.

Rx sent from Dr. Friday afternoon, no contact from pharmacy. Saturday morning tried to call store 3x and was hung up on all 3x. Was on hold for over 40 minutes to be hung up on! Went to store, they didn't have Rx so had to send to store across town. 1 hour later got text, Rx ready. Drive across town and this store had Rx ready but can't release because Six Forks store still hasn't sent Rx. They are on hold with Six Forks and no one answering phones. CORPORATE TAKE NOTICE AND FIRE THE WHOLE PHARMACY CREW at Six Forks, Raleigh, NC!!!

Was at this location on Friday September 13th to buy some items. The woman Cynthia was working. She was directing people to use the self service checkout and did not want to ring me and the other customers up. One customer said this isn't a grocery store and we should be able to get checked out by a human person. She said well you gotta use the checkout and I'm doing what I'm told. She had such a bad attitude and then me and the customers were clearly upset cause we couldn't use our coupon and was having trouble with the self checkout. And she was not very helpful that day and I decided to leave out of frustration and so did the other customers. That visit left a bad taste in my mouth. She really needs to be retrained on how to do her job and speak to customers. Don't work somewhere if you don't like your job. This isn't the first time she's had an attitude either. You lost some sales that day due to her bad attitude towards customers. Either retrain her or get rid of her. Her attitude should not make you lose customers on a daily business. If this continues I will go keep visiting your other competition Walgreens where they have great customer service. The only reason I go CVS is because of the other employees who are very nice and cordial and I get the coupons via emails and mail and your 5 minutes from where I live.

Run down store like nearly all the other CVS stores in the area. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting!! The store needs a remodel. It looks so dingy and out of date, but I guess you can't expect CVS to aspire to be anywhere near the level of a Walgreens.

I always entered this CVS and never felt the need to write a review but I went on a Monday night looking for some Pedialyte. As soon as I walked over to the OTC aisle, an employee asked me if I needed help finding anything and led me right to the product. The cashier was also stacking a few things but apologized (I don't mind anyway and I understand you don't always see the customer) for not seeing me in line. I thought that was very nice to be acknowledged quickly and helped with exceptional customer service on a Monday night at CVS! Thank you!

This the slowest, understaffed pharmacy I have ever seen. I get texts that a prescription is ready, but then it is not ready. DESPISE this pharmacy.
