Oh Frank, what a peach. As your sole job is to provide mediations to a predominantly geriatric area it is absolutely ridiculous at the interactions trying to deal with this pharmacy. Can’t do their job correctly the first time and then when someone has to call twice in one hour due to patients calling the office, they say “if we get a break”. Sir, it is 10:16 am you have been open for ONE HOUR. We all work and we don’t always get breaks, but we do have to communicate adequately with the general public either way. I already won’t use CVS or Walgreens for my own meds, but I tell patients now to find a family owned pharmacy as this is nonsense.

My trust in this pharmacy is now gone. My doctor writes prescriptions with dosages and refills that seem to be puzzling to the recently ever changing staff. I now must contact my doctors each month for a new Rx to continue my meds. I enjoy shopping with the non-pharmacy employees as they are friendly and helpful with my other purchases and the store is well stocked and always clean.

Medications never ready and they piece meal the medications, instead of having all prescriptions ready at one time. The staff make excuses over and over and the service is poor. Its very frustrating and now changing pharmacies, as the poor ssrvice happens time and time again.

Their voice mail system is horrible. There is no way to get a real person if your request falls outside the standard menu… you just end up in an infinite loop

Phone mail system a joke. Asked to have auto refill return to stock, not done, wife did not know and picked up. Store and pharmacist error. Auto refill system is a joke

For being in the business of a pharmacy they're horrible. They had the prescription available I needed and know it's a medication that can be the difference between contributing to society or being someone I'm not. The technician and pharmacist both lied about transferring of medication when I've never had this issue before with transferring my medication. If you value your time and life don't waste your time with the pharmacy.
The store is great. Excellent helpful staff. Pharmacy staff would be better working at a correctional institution since they have little to no empathy.

This one of the best CVS stores in the Raleigh area. A large selection of products and a very friendly staff. The store is clean and products are visible.

This is one of the worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. It took them over a month to fill my prescription saying I need my Dr. to call for pre-authorization. 3weeks after my Dr. did call they finally filled the prescription. Then the next month I go to pick up my prescription they only filled half and said it needed reauthorization again , made me get out of line and go to drop off where someone would help me. I stood there for over 10 min not one person looked over, acknowledge me or helped me. If you try to call you are stuck in a loop and then they don't answer the phone. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I will NEVER go to this or another CVS again. It makes sense since United Health owners them.

Rating is based on pharmacy. Their drive through is never available. Then when I walk in, the pharmacy is closed for lunch. The pharmacy hours at this location is terrible. I am switching because they have become so much more inconvenient with drive through service always closed and then closing for lunch.
