It would be nice if they were actually open the hours listed instead of employees leaving 5 minutes early(shutters already down), and walking out with a swagger because they don't care at all that four people are standing around waiting on you to do your job and looking confused..

Had great experience with CVS pharmacy. I went to 4 different stores today due to the shortage of this medicine. They were all so helpful in every one of these stores. End up I received my prescription today with proper discount with their help on insurance filing.

The automated system is terrible. If you have questions about a prescription question, you have to leave a voicemail and they may call you back within an hour. You cannot talk to someone quicker. With that, you might as well find a mail service company.

I don't like it as a CVS. I wouldn't go there again. It's not a CVS store, it's a target that dispenses CVS prescriptions. It won't let me use my Care card for discounts, so I left and went to a real CVS

Overall I would recommend this store. For this to be a so-called superstore though the Grocery Department is lacking variety of meats, produce, baked goods. As a frequent customer of CVS Pharmacy it is quite helpful for one stop shopping. Clothing Department is good.

The staff is not properly trained, unprofessional and understaffed. In the pharmacy, the techs are incompetent and rude. They genuinely do not understand how to use the software systems. Just avoid this pharmacy and go to Harris Teeter, CVS or Walmart's pharmacy instead.
