The person with the piercings at the front desk, I asked him if he can help me find where something was in the store, was not friendly and kinda told me he didn't know and told me to go away from him. I did not appreciate that type of service, I am only a customer needing a bit of help

The pharmacist was terrible. She was more eager not to help than trying to help. The staff was good to go, but when you are run by incompetence, everybody suffers.

This is the third time I’ve come to this pharmacy and they did not have my prescription. My doctor called and spoke to a representative and I still had to wait stating they did not have my prescription! My doctors office called 3 times!.! They are very Organized and very rude!

This pharmacy had some serious issues a few years ago but they have really improved. The things they struggle with are issues for all pharmacies (short staffing, for example). The drive through is convenient. The employees are friendly & helpful. They do have a minute clinic as well, though I cannot speak to the service for that.

I had the worst experience at this Leesville location today 7-19-24 @4:00- 4:09pm. It's ashame as it's 2 minutes away from my house. The older lady working at the front today literally refused to give me my online pick-up order after I provided my name and I even had my order number but she insisted that I needed my ID. I went ahead and went to my car to get it and showed it to her. I knew this wasn't right so I asked her when they started asking for ID's. She proceeds to tell me that they always card everyone. This is not true as I order at least twice a month and use the pick-up option. I told her that I've never been asked for my ID. After I said that she then says well we have been having trouble with certain people. Whatever "that" means. So after calling the corporate CVS number they confirmed what she said was in fact NOT their policy and they put a formal complaint in the system. I spoke to a manager at 9:10 this morning (day 2) and he 100% backed his employee by making excuses for her. I got nowhere with him. He then proceeded to tell me they had a policy change. I said well she said this was always your policy. Full of excuses and trying to cover their tracts. I look forward to speaking with the district manager. Until then I will refrain from using this location. Very unfair and unprofessional treatment at this location.

Pharmacy here is awful. Everything is on back order. They aren’t helpful. I called another cvs and they were quickly able to find a cvs with my prescription.

Terrible pharmacy. They always make you wait even when there are no other customers. Dave yourself 20 minutes and go somewhere else.

Pharmacy hours need to improve. Why would you close 2 hours before the store did?I missed the WEEK DAY hours by 15 minutes and now I will need to wait until tomorrow for my medication for a current illness.Please consider matching pharmacy hours to store hours.

Booked an appointment at the Minute Clinic for 12:10 to get a COVID and flu shot. Checked in at 12:00. I waited there until 12:40 and still didn't get my shots. I ended up leaving since I had assumed this would be a quick lunchtime errand I could do. Apparently not.
