They definitely need help the wait for meds is absolutely too long. About two are three weeks ago they system was down. My husband could not receive any of his insulin until the next day. We will be changing pharmacies because of this. Thank goodness he didn't have an emergency that night or the following next morning and needed that particular medicine.

Consistently horrible customer experience, both at the pharmacy and the checkout. Always understaffed. Always unpleasant.

Horrible customer service. I was on hold 45 minutes waiting for someone in the pharmacy to simply pick up the phone. I finally hung up and called the front of the store only to be told there was nothing he could do but transfer me to the pharmacy, and you guessed it, I was just put back on hold. Gee, what a huge help.

CVS on Leesville Church Rd is UPS Access Point.They lost two Macy's packages.They kept saying it was UPS fault.They do not take responsibility.TRASH.

I came to this store 15 minutes before the pharmacy was supposed to close last night because my regular CVS did not have a medication i was prescribed. The pharmacist here at Leesville Ch. Rd CVS, Dianne, helped me right away and filled the prescription while I waited, staying over a few minutes after 7PM. So kind! Thanks CVS.

Terrible, waiting in line for 30 min at the drive through now. Awful place, switch to mail order as they can’t staff this location.

I’ve been going here for at least 15 years, never have been treated so poorly by staff until getting my meds today, rung up by a Katherine that is supposedly a manager. Nice return home from the hospital with the attitude, completely unnecessary.

Had an appointment for a flu shot and Covid at 10:00. At 10:07 I received a voice mail that said the Covid wasn't available. I'm going to find another place to receive my vaccination.

Pharmacy did not pick up the phone on hold for over an hour. Drove to the store took over an hour at the pharmacy. Called to complain Asst Store Manager refused to help me. Told me to write a comment in comment section. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This location is a joke. No staff at the front most of the time you have to wait for someone to show up. Pharmacy is always out of basic prescriptions and the staff back there seem not to want to be there. I moved my prescriptions to Walgreens and will never go back to a CVS.

I'm giving the ladies at the pharmacy 5 stars because they deserve it! I went in today around 1:15pm and all team members were working as hard as they could. From phone calls to trying to help customers with orders, they're doing the best they can. I couldn't imagine being in their shoes. Keep up the good work ladies!

Very clean and organized store. All staff (Pharmacy staff included) were very friendly, helpful and quick. Very convenient for a quick stop over larger stores such as Wal-Mart.

We switched to this pharmacy from Walgreens because we always had issues with them. I should have read the reviews before going through the trouble. Prescriptions are never filled on time and they always blame someone else (the system, the drug manufacturer, etc). You can’t call because they never answer the phone so you will instead waste hours going in every time you need drugs or have a question. Oh and when you do that they will be so annoyed with you for bothering them and act like it’s your fault for your prescriptions not getting filled.

Literally the worst pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Anytime you try to call, you sit on hold for an absurd amount of time (min. 20 minutes). I get a text that an Rx is done, go to pick it up, and realize that have not run it the proper way so after sitting in line in the drive through for 30 minutes I am asked to pull around and wait again. Recently, got my Rx home and realized it was not mine. Name on the bag was mine, but the Rx inside was for someone else and a completely different Rx than I needed.
