On July 1, I had a panic attack. Specifically your employee Sam came to my aid and knew exactly what to do. Sam helped me focus on various sensations to calm me down and regulate my breathing. Sam also helped me find my items and did other things that were so kind and above and beyond. Sam, thank you so much for coming to my aid and being my ally.
I hope the takeaways are
1) to recognize and commend Sam for Sam’s professionalism, dedication, and empathy
2) that all of your employees, including the pharmacists, learn how to assist those undergoing a panic attack or some kind of duress

I dealt with the most lazy employee ever . I wanted to pay cash and get change . She would not go behind the desk and do her job . Asked me phone number for self checkout . I could do that my own damn self with credit . Awful customer service !!!

This my second online order to be picked up and the customer service is always friendly. The store is neat and tidy. The outside exterior is clean. Just an overall great experience!

Absolutely ridiculous. Beyond INEFFICIENT and RACIST! The counter staff literally stopped processing my order midway to give a full consultation to another white guest. Completely ignoring me and my crying baby. No apology, no acknowledgment, just told to wait aside like I didn’t matter. After all that, I didn’t even get my prescription. Unbelievable.

My insurance would not cover the medicine I needed. The pharmacist helped me find a more affordable alternative over the counter! That’s what I call being taking care of at CVS!

Delaney was amazing!!! She went out of her way to help me find a coupon for my prescription that waved my copay. Not only was she patient through out the process but she was empathetic and extremely helpful.

Super disgusting. Women’s restroom was unusable with pee all over the seat, overflowing trash can, whole place smelled terrible. Parking lot full of trash including empty alcohol bottles.

I just waited 90 minutes to pick up a filled prescription that I already had to call twice to get filled correctly. When I arrived, it was still incorrect. I was told I had to call my insurance company to fix this problem that they created by filling it too many times the wrong way. Needless to say, they have lost my business. I would highly recommend going to any pharmacy other than this one.
