The experience I just had is a microcosm of it jacked up pharmaceutical system in this country. I am prescribed a medication to take daily that I ran out of and cannot refill until until the next cycle (with good reason). With that said, it's important that I don't miss a dose in the morning time, lunch and night time.I understand that I shouldn't jump to the front of the line or anything but pharmacies should prioritize refills based on the type of medication. The app says it's in process and I can't do anything to expedite it, so I called in. The lady told me it wouldn't be ready until later in the day because they are understaffed. There staffing issue has now become my issue. There is obviously a much larger issue at play here but I have to hurry up and wait.Medications related to mental health should be the first thing they refill each day but of course mine is somewhere in there getting filled when they get to it. I'm sitting here with debilitating anxiety and am forced to wait until they get to it. I found out a friend of mine died this week and my anxiety has been through the roof and I have to wait for this CVS to fill this medication that I need right now.

Worked with the pharmacy a couple of times to use my discount card to get the price down. First lady I talked to told me to try again later, the second woman I talk to when I called back was extremely helpful and did everything she could to help me and tried many different discount cards till the system accepted it. So grateful for her going the extra mile!

The rudest employees in history. I will be switching pharmacies. There is absolutely no reason why people that are just trying to get their medication should be spoke to is such rude tones. The Pharmacists and all of their staff have major attitude problems.

I’m convinced no one works at this store location. Anytime I’ve come in there’s no one to help with questions or to retrieve stuff from locked sections, and there’s only self checkout ever. It would be incredible easy to steal from this store, simply cause no one is in sight to help or prevent it…

Rude staff. Didn’t want to ask questions about the drive thru being close. Horrible customer service. There was a line in the drive thru with no sign on the window.

Schrail was so sweet and helpful with my prescription. She went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She has a huge heart. ❤️The other associate that helped me find my bandages was very attentive and helpful.

Very professional, courteous, and helpful staff. Visited to receive vaccines without an appointment and staff found a way to quickly deliver despite difficulties with my insurance. Highly recommended!!

Pharmacy department I just wanna shout out Anjanette I called about my prescriptions and Rx information and it had been a day since I was able to get them because the amount was so high I called the next day and spoke with her when I say she was very helpful and I was definitely satisfied and was able to get my medication for reasonable affordable price thanks again.

The attitude of the people in the pharmacy is horrible. I immediately knew when I pushed the button and was totally ignored. I pushed it again and she finally came to the window and then that was confirmation on how the visit would go.They had to retrieve my meds from Harris Teeter. She told me they didn’t have anything for me. I advised that I spoke to the guy who was supposed to retrieve the meds. He had it just written prescription just sitting there on the counter.The lady is not welcoming at all. Seems to have an attitude. (African American of course- both she and the pharmacist)Then she told me with insurance was $27. I advised that without insurance it’s only $9 at Harris teeter and asked that she transfer it back to them. She told me while walking off that they would have to call back to retrieve it.Sadly, my insurance doesn’t accept Harris Teeter. I will pay for my meds going forward. Harris Teeter is always so quick and professional.

I had a script sent here and waited for a status text(which usually CVS blows my phone up) nothing. Called when I was on my way to verify it was received, they said yes, its ready, we close at 5. I told them I would be there in a few min as it was approaching 5. Response, we close at 5. No willingness to flex. I tried to push and make it as I said i was already en route. I walked in at 5:01, 4 min later after I had called and gate is down and response at front register, pharmacy closes at 5 and looks away from me. Yes, I was late by 1 min, my fault. I had communicated I was coming, no willingness to accommodate in anyway. We are all doing the best we can and the abrupt, rude nature of the staff was unnecessary. What happened to good customer service and supporting other human beings? Highly disappointed.
