Both different types of apples gift cards were rip off, I paid $700, when checked cards, it only showed $7.00 and the other set in2 weeks difference in time, it was for $500, no money loaded on the card!!😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬😡..I’m still angry

BY FAR THE WORST pharmacy experience ever !!!!! From the endlessly repetitive nerve wracking texts that they send asking the very same questions you answered multiple times for weeks on end, to the grimacing older lady who works at the check out window with a face so sour it's better suited in horror movies, to the extremely incapable and unprofessional staff who randomly hangs up the phone when asked a question then sends you a text directing you back to their website, and them being absolutely confused and confounded when filling medications already pre-authorized by your doctor and insurance. If you're sick or seriously ailing, this pharmacy will undoubtedly make you feel WORST. Unfortunately my new insurance is only contracted with CVS so I had no other alternative. I HIGHLY recommend before selecting an insurance company, that you TRIPLE CHECK for your own peace of mind and sanity that IT HAS ABSOLUTELY NO AFFILIATION WITH CVS !!!!!!!!!!!

I just got out on medication today. They apparently had nothing i needed and said they were trying to reach my doctor, yet they have me 2 of 3 items and said they were still waiting to hear from the doctor for the third item. Absolutely no empathy or even a hint that they cared at all. I will be switching to Walgreens.

Excellent and expedient service provided by CVS at New Bern and New Hope Rd. I’ve been a customer for over 16 years and I’ve never had a problem. I have the CVS app and it always let me know when my prescriptions are ready and I can usually pay on line if it’s not a narcotic.

I go to this location mainly due to the assistance I get from Militza. She is wonderful and always helps me because I do not like self checkout. This location is always very clean and easy to find what you are looking for. Keep the outside clean. Please keep Militza.

Super condescending. Talked with the pharmacist and the people who work there at this cvs pharmacy , and felt completely uncomfortable , afraid to come here again especially as a black woman ! I felt as if he was talking to me on the phone LIKE I DID NOT MATTER , Thanks a lot .
