This store is horrible. Any positive reviews must be written by someone who was paid to write them to boost their rating. They only have self scan open (which I really don’t mind using) but the problem is when you have an age restricted item you have to hunt for the one employee working somewhere in the store which is great when you have kids with you (sarcasm). The location always has a disheveled half stocked appearance and you can never find help if you need assistance. The only star this location gets for the rating is because they don’t allow zero stars and my husband usually doesn’t have issues getting his one prescription filled. They should just close this location if they don’t want to staff and run the business.

On my most recent visit to this pharmacy, I arrived at 11:00am, right when it opens. By 12:30pm, they still had not opened the pharmacy despite multiple individuals openly talking in the back. Now, they did say that they couldn’t open until a pharmacist arrives. I can understand if they need some form of supervisor to open up shop, but this is a pharmacy. People need their medications and this pharmacy is unable to fill that need. I don’t know if this is a normal occurrence, but the fact that it happened even once is a bad sign. I would recommend you use any other pharmacy.

This CVS pharmacy sucks, I would literally recommend using somewhere else even if it is the closest to you, get your prescriptions somewhere else. Takes forever to pick anything up and it’s impossible to get them on the phone, they are also pretty rude and seem like they wish you weren’t there.

Drive thru line is always long. Going inside is such a wait as well. They are very unorganized. Girl working the pick up counter was walking all over the place looking for my prescriptions-this happens every time I go inside. She’s always walking around looking at dozens of bags before finding mine. No wonder the drive thru line is always so long, they can’t find anything

Brought my mother in to return insulin and the application device after she picked them up 24 hours prior. Her Dr. had issued some new tests and resulted in her not needing said insulin. But the pharmacist refused to refund the $150 dollars that were paid in cash. Lovely service. Hope you have the day you deserve. DO BETTER.

I just encountered the most rude person when asking when one of my cardiac meds would be ready. She told me they were out of stock and when I asked why they didn't contact me she said we have thousands of patients and no way we can contact them to say they are out. She said the problem is all the patients getting it when they don't need it! This is a cardiac med that I must take! When I asked for her name she wouldn't give it and then said oh, the medicine just came in and you can come get it... I just don't understand this rude type of customer interaction!
