Randy and his team in the pharmacy are super efficient and deliver top customer service. Always quick and on time. Couldn’t ask for anything better! This is exactly why we switched from Walgreens to CVS!

The process here to get insulin filled is insanity. This is an incredibly burdensome system to navigate in order to get life saving/sustaining medication for a developed country. Not the fault of the pharmacists but the greediness of CVS as a corporation and the insurance companies that conspire to make it as difficult as possible to get access to necessary medications at affordable rates covered by insurance. Hiba, one of tbe pharmacists at this location was extremely helpful and was able to fill our prescription but the system definitely needs attention. Also, not being able to speak to someone at the store when you call says you don’t give a s*** about your customers.

The pharmacy folks are always friendly and efficient. My prescriptions are usually filled within 20 minutes or at the most, 2 hours during busy hours.

Went to this location on November 3 to pick up my daughter‘s prescription. My daughter had given me a coupon to get the prescription but she only shared with me that she wanted one of the prescriptions so when I got there, I told the girl that I had a coupon so I had heard a phone so that she could get the coupon number out there. She immediately had an attitude that’s where it really started then, I told her I was only getting one of the prescriptions. She gets mad walks off, rolling her eyes and throwing her head around first of all that’s Customer Service if you do not want to work with the Public, then you need to find you another job it was the Asian girl that works in there with the black hair. She’s very rude. Very very rude

The rudest pharmacy employees I have ever dealt with. I also saw them being rude to other customers too. I only gave them a 2 because a very nice Jose helped me when I came back to pick up my prescription

CVS overall was a good pharmacy for a long time.
Now they have no customer recognition or personal feeling service. It’s a shame to have so much on a store that people feel they suffer and leave. Worst is they could care less if you leave.

RUDE. The pharmacist was extremely rude and even more rude because my father does not speak good English. He does not care about patients at all and clearly shouldn’t be in this field. Do not go here.

Except for one bad day, most of my trips here have been productive. Since quick checkout machines were installed,atmosphere is less than friendly.
