RUDE. The pharmacist was extremely rude and even more rude because my father does not speak good English. He does not care about patients at all and clearly shouldn’t be in this field. Do not go here.

Except for one bad day, most of my trips here have been productive. Since quick checkout machines were installed,atmosphere is less than friendly.

Had a good experience here. Minute clinic required appointments, so I'm glad I had one. Took a bit longer than expected, but they were short staffed. Super nice and wonderful overall.

This cvs in Raleigh across the street in Atlantic ave is very nasty the short overweight mexi guy was rude and delt with other customers to insult other customers as he was in familiar with the cash register we need more workers

Abdul refused to answer any questions about my medications and was seemed upset that I had a GoodRX codes. I will not be returning to this CVS. Horrible experience and I been coming here for months.

I was on hold for the pharmacy to ask some important questions. Held for 13 minutes to have someone pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Very frustrating and dangerous for them to do that.

WORST PHONE DIRECTORY EVER. I spent literally 5 minutes trying to speak to someone, ANYONE, only to have the [bleeping] phone -bot hang up on me. I tried every option and kept getting recordings, the runaround, lame apologies for the [Bleeeeep bleep bleeping] computer not understanding or telling me that's not a valid question. FRUSTRATING beyond me tolerance today!

No one helped me, with trying to use the kiosk to print photos; even after asking an employee. He just walked away. Horrible customer service.

Update your hours to CLEARLY reflect that the pharmacy is no longer open until 10 PM. Very frustrating to show up before 8 o’clock and the pharmacy is not open. This CVS has gone downhill. It is dirty and messy. Gave two stars because the staff is awesome

Having worked in customer service for way over 20 years, I take pride in great customer service. This review has no reflection of the service reps at the front check out because they are ALWAYS pleasant and very helpful. This review is based on the service received from the pharmacy. On top of this, please be aware of being charged each month for an Extra Care Pass. I was told by the corporate office that this charge can come by simply inputting your phone number at checkout. Please pay attention.

A foreign woman was trying to pick up a prescription and the young woman behind the counter was not very welcoming. They also were openly talking about people sitting in the drive through which I found to be very unprofessional. I at some point even heard a conversation about someone needing birth control. (I believe it was the same woman) Best to kind of keep your voice down in an open setting such as a pharmacy. Customers don't want to hear these things. The lady wasn't mean to the foreign woman but her tone was just not very polite. Having visited foreign countries and being from the US I wouldn't have felt very welcomed if it were me. The gentleman who gave me my shot was professional and very nice. Overall not a bad experience but the staff could use some professionalism training....
