BEWARE OF SUFAIN ASIM, PharmD. A few months ago I received my medication and the pills were round and not the ovals they usually are. These round pills seemed to work better than the usual oval ones. After speaking with my doctor about this, she told me how some generics work better because they have different inactive ingredients in them. She told me to ask the Pharmacy, which manufacture the round pills came from. I called CVS because my prescription is actually ready, but I’m calling because I want to find out the manufacturer of the pills that were around. The pharmacy has a new thing where you can leave a message And someone will call you back. Sufian Calls me back and says yes your prescription is ready and the other one is being filled right now and I was like OK thank you but Calling. I explain to him that a few months ago I got different shaped pills and they seem to work better so I was wondering Who the manufacturer was so I can get the pills filled with those manufacturers pills. Sufian begins getting very upset. I guess because he didn’t bother to listen to my message message and thought he was answering my question and he wasn’t. He Proceeds to scream at me and tell me I’m wrong and this is the only manufacturer they ever use. There’s never been pills from any other manufacturer. These are the same pills I pick up every time. Well Sufian is wrong bc back on 4/26/24 he himself filled the meds with the round pills and they were from Sunrise Pharmaceuticals and the usual oval shaped ones come from Elite Pharmacies. I was unable to pick up my medication. This pharmacist should be ashamed of himself. This could’ve been life-saving medication or ended poorly and he couldn’t be bothered to look at the dates the meds were filled to check.

The CVS on Forestville Road is the best! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! I always have a great experience here!

Cvs on forestville Rd Raleigh is completely mismanaged. Have had to wait in long lines to pick up a completed med- for 30 minutes! The drive thru window has been closed for a myriad. Of reasons over the last ,3 weeks. The inside staff allows only one person for the register which is what creates such long lines. Terrible management although the people are courteous.

Their phone system is a mess. On two occasions, the system confirmed that my medication was ready to pick up, but when I was there to pick it up, they told me that they didn't have anything ready for me. I'm transferring my prescription to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy is fast and friendly! I've gone to pick up prescriptions for my kids right after leaving the doctor and they're always ready by the time I drive straight there from the doctor's office.

I switched pharmacies to this cvs. The gentleman that helped me was so kind. My prescription was ready in under an hour. The lady who checked me out was pleasant and prompt.

The pharmacy was closed 20 minutes before it was supposed have been closed on the evening of December 28th. Was unable to get the prescription for respiratory virus. On another note, when I went to buy something, there is no one behind checkout counter. There was a girl playing with her cell phone toward La the front, but didn't notice an employee. When I was having an issue with the self check out, the girl on her cell walked over and pushed a button on my check out. I guess she works there? Advice, if you are working, then work. Put your cell away. Bad form.

Absolutely disgusted with this location. The manager racially profiled our babysitter. She's a straight student, full rid to college. This is All because they are teenagers and black. The manager called the police and the police said they had nothing on these kids and waked away and yet NOTHING happened to this manager. She needs to be fired. I refuse to give them our business.

I have used this location monthly for 3 years. Despite being a busy location, I have never had a problem with the staff, accuracy of my order, or wait time. I will continue to use this location.

Pharmacy staff always has the worst attitudes. It's clear it is a toxic environment there. Trying to get my prescriptions transferred and they have given me attitude up to the very end, reinforcing my decision to take my business elsewhere. I understand that the people working there might not care, but I do. Moving on....

This location is tanking quickly. There is no staff to be seen anywhere (pharmacy excluded). You could literally walk items out of this store and no one would know (I am not advocating this, don't do it).All self checkout now, main checkout area blocked off, manager walked right by while i was standing in line. Had to page him to help with gift card.CVS corporate, this is not how you run a business. I am not going to stand for it and taking my business elsewhere.
