Damon was absolutely the best! I began working with Damon over a year ago when I first began thinking of moving back to the Raleigh area. We first connected over the phone. He was patient with me knowing that I wouldn’t be moving soon. He worked hard to understand my needs and asked all the right questions. I found him knowledgeable of the area and he took my feedback to focus the search on the best options for me. We closed on my house in April and he was right there to guide me through the process often over the phone or email. Damon is a true professional and I highly recommend him!

Damon was (and has been on previous purchases) been excellent. He has contacts and suggestions for anyone that you need to sort out any repair, next step, or insurance. I recommend him highly.

Damon was very professional, easy to work with, provide great information and was very prompt in helping us find our house. Damon is an incredibly professional and knowledgeable Realtor; not to mention, an honorable and kind person. It took nearly 7 months to find the home that fit our needs. Damon was completely in tune with us and what we were looking for and presented each option "as it was"-at no point did he apply pressure to try to fit a square peg into a round hole with regards to our want/need list. Damon is a great choice for first time home buyers. He took time to walk us through the ins and outs of the home buying process start to finish, as total newbies. He was patient and thorough as we inspected each home, looking for potential flaws and pit falls, educating us on the various maintenance concerns of retaining walls, crawl spaces vs foundation slabs, and even proactively looks up surrounding information such as flood planes, construction zones and flight paths if you’re near an airport, things we never would have considered. He was just a down to earth great guy to work with. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a good realtor.
