Insurance is one of those things you pay for but don’t really think of otherwise. I had a self inflicted bump-up with my vehicle recently. I have been a home and auto insurance client with Danny Newton's State Farm agency since 2016, and I can't overstate the value of their local, personal service. In an age of endless automated phone menus, it is incredibly refreshing to be able to call their office and have a real person answer immediately—no hold times and no voice prompts.
What truly sets them apart is the ability to visit their local office and sit down to have a face-to-face conversation about my coverages. That level of accessibility and personal attention provides genuine peace of mind.
While my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, my advice is to always do your due diligence and double-check your policy details to ensure everything is exactly as you requested. We had one instance where a vehicle was inadvertently set up with full coverage instead of the minimum required, and it took me longer than I’d like to admit to catch the error. However, aside from that one mistake over many years, the team has been absolutely great.
If you're looking for an agent who is accessible, professional, and provides excellent, personable service, I highly recommend Danny Newton and his team.
