I always go to dds and it's the first time I see this worker and she was fixing the shoes and I walked passed her and she started to insulting me and saying people were in her way and just because I was right next to her she started to cuss at me and i am assuming she was having a bad day then when I asked her if she was talking to me and my kids like that because i thought she was fighting with someone else she starts being racist telling me to go back from we're I came from this is ridiculous

Go to Wal Mart or Target or somewhere else instead. DD's is not a nice store and it is very unsafe in the parking lot.

Wish there's anything like ZERO START, THAT'S WHAT THIS STORE NEEDS. Wonder why it would take an hour plus to check out. Very long line and some customer reps who were suppose to be on the register to help out will just be walking up and down..
If you guys aren't ready to employ people to attend to customers, you can just CLOSE THE STORE DOWN😡😡😡.

This dds location very bad they don't care about customers' time they are waiting and don't respect customers. They know there are a lot of people on the line standing to check out, but they put just one cashier, and it takes hours to stand and check out.

I will never go shopping at that place again. One of the employees was very rude and told me to take my money and leave and take the things out of the bags by weight. The worst experience of my life.

She placed me at the end of the line, very rude. There were children around watching this disastrous behavior. I feel offended. This happened today, November 1, at 8:16 p.m. I want to report this case to the police for racism.

I was shopping at this store and needed to use the men’s room. I was told by the sales clerk the bathroom was out of order. I told him that is not true because every time you come to this store they always tell every customer that the bathroom is out of order. If I have to spend my money here and nature call and I can’t use the men’s room I will not come back to this store again. I will tell everyone that I know not to patronage this store. This is the last time I ever come to this store again to spend my money.

Items are cheap, and the quality of their merchandise is a hit or miss. Their customer service is terrible. Went on a Saturday, I understand it's busy, but this is where the management team has to forecast how many associates should be on the floor and registers. On the day I was there, there were 3 cashiers; one was cleaning her register, and another one was just doing her business, talking to the customer who is being helped by the 3rd cashier, and the 3rd cashier was actually doing her job for the day.

The young Spanish speaking young man who is ALWAYS on the register gets 5 stores. Other than that, nada for this store. They always have him working & the others do nothing. Then when someone comes up to help, it's at a snail's pace. Totally unacceptable. They need to hire folk who want to work not just folk who stand around talking all loud about the size of someone's butt.

Great prices, but the lines are always long and they have security right there at the door checking receipts right after they see you pay which is dumb. Security is definitely a waste of money.
