The last two times I had a delivery from DHL, I never received it. I called the second time and had one of their associates talk to me in a very condescending manner, He blamed the person who mailed the package, I understand the first time but twice, then he blamed usps, never taking responsibility. I will absolutely never use their services again.

DHL is the WORST carrier in the US. The only thing slower is the slow boat from China. Package has been sitting in Raleigh (1 hour away) fir 4 days. I could have walked there and picked it up and got it faster. Why would anyone even use this EXCUSE for a carrier

This facility lost my package. Arrived November 30 and claimed it was handed off to USPS, but USPS has no record of receiving it. It has been nearly two weeks with no sign of my package. Called DHL and their response was "we recommend you contact the retailer for resolution of this situation". "So what you're saying it you lost my package?" "We recommend you contact the retailer for resolution of this situation." Garbage facility.

Whenever I have delivered to this location, the experience has been great! The staff is friendly and professional, and they waste no time getting our trucks unloaded, usually around 30 minutes. This is a very well run facility.

Package Carriers do not follow instructions that have been set by the building. If they call and you are not here you lose. Regardless of the instructions left by me.
