Went in yesterday to try on shoes. I asked the Lady working in the shoe department if they price match shoes on Zappos and she said yes. Went to go pay and the cashier went and got the manager who said they don’t price match. Didn’t buy the shoes. Went online and contacted customer service and they price matched it without any issues, mind you, I didn’t let them know about my experience in store. I went ahead and drove out of my way to pick them up at a different location. The folks at that location were much nicer.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Dick's Sporting Goods store in Brier Creek, NC today. When an associate opened a new register, I was the first in line, placing my items on the counter ready to check out. However, I was then told I was not next in line because a lady from another register was apparently next, even though she wasn't the next customer in line. There were multiple customers in the existing lines who could have been helped first, but instead, I was asked to move so she could be serviced.
I understand the need for fairness, but the situation felt completely unfair. My family and I had spent over an hour shopping in the store, just like everyone else, and we were treated with no consideration. When I moved to the register, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a grin, which made the experience even worse. I was made to feel disrespected and unimportant. I had hoped to make a purchase, but after being treated this way, I dropped my items and left.
I've shopped at this store regularly for years, but after this experience, I don't think I will ever return to this location. The employee’s smug and dismissive attitude was unacceptable, and I've never been treated like this at Dick's before. This level of customer service is disappointing, and I feel completely disregarded as a loyal customer.

Placed a pick up order specifically because it stated my bikes would be assembled. Purchased two bikes and only one was assembled. I asked the employee why it was not assembled he stated that they come in a box and they don't assemble it... he said "show me where it says online we'd assemble it" so I showed him the receipt and he then said he would do it but later today... I live 30 minutes away and took the day off to pick up these bikes. He asked me to find back later, and that assembling it is easy... very bad experience buying a bike from here. I honestly should have just returned them both. Now I need to put the bike together... very frustrating

Unprofessional, display of racism, and unprovoked rudeness. My aunt and I were followed around by an employee of a different race who ultimately continued to give us nasty looks and speak to us rudely unprovoked. I had some boxing items in my hand I was purchasing and we were just browsing at other items en route to the register. Once at the register the employees could be heard making rude comments and laughing over their walkie talkies. There’s a correct and incorrect way to communicate with patrons of the company that employs you and that guy clearly needs further training and improvement.

Not a fan of the customer service at the brier creek location. Every time I visit this one it feels like I’m pulling teeth to get someone to help or even do the most basic request….ring me up.

I don’t shop at this location often, but when I do, Nathan is always very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the merchandise in the store. If there is something that you need assistance with, he is able and willing to help With no hesitation. Although I don’t come in the store too often, Nathan always remembers me and my son which means a lot. Look out for him and I promised that you will receive excellent customer service

They don't have a fraction of what is 9online. Fishing reel area is a notch above Wal-Mart. Bass Pro Shops has spoiled me.

Wow. Had one of the best shopping experience ever here because of Kai and Nathan. They made us feel like we were family truly. Kai couldn’t have been nicer helping with shoes and the dressing room. Nathan was as good as it gets with one of the brightest happiest smiles you’ll see. What great people this place is lucky to have them.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes...they rang up at 149.00 but were marked at 104.97 on the display. They were great and honored the price on the display.
