I arrived at 4:30 pm to pick a load of 20x3/4 galvanized pipe and was told the warehouse closes at 4:30 and they would not load me. If I can't get material after 4:30 then the website should say that.

Had to have a piece of Steele for an install tomorrow, but here ALL the time, missed the shop hours by under 2 minutes after calling ahead for what I needed. Main store still opened and they refused to help me. Seriously could have tried harder for a long time loyal customer of decades! Disgusted
