While the price for tires may be cheaper than other tire places I discovered that on one vehicle there was a missing lug nut and on the other vehicle the lug nuts were loose. This is a very dangerous situation where a supervisor should be checking to make sure they are tight. My husband even told the employee what torque should be applied. Very disappointed. There were two vehicles, two incidences.

Went to get my tire patched and allegedly they couldn’t (didn’t want to) repair it. I knew I should have gone to your Cary location for much better service. Fast forward a 30 minute drive. Went to Blue Flame and they patched it. I should be reimbursed for the inconvenience of having to go elsewhere.

Be very careful using this location. We have used this location before with good results but not this time. My wife was going on a trip and needed new tires so she when there and them them replaced last Friday.....all good. less than 5 days later the brake caliper fell off the left rear. Went back to the store and they totally denied responsibility for it and said there was no way they could have done it..... The car has not been in a shop for months. The remaining bolt that I removed with my fingers had wrench marks and where both had been was shinny where they had been. The only thing they want to do is pass me off to a third party claims group.

I had a blow out on the highway. I did a quick search on Google. This company has some reasonable prices. They made sure to get my car to the destination I needed it to go. I will recommend any last minute car problems to make this your first choice !!! They are awesome

We purchased our tires here. This week I went in with a slow leak. They found a nail in the tire, fixed the hole and balanced the tires. Total cost? $0. Great customer service. Be sure to bring a sweater if you are going to wait in their waiting area. It was COLD in there.

Jose took great care of us. Customer service is very good despite being very busy. Very happy with the service. You can schedule it appt online and buy your tires online, then just drop off the car. Got our windshield wiper blades put on right before we left. They realized they hadn’t been done and came running out to get us, replaced them in 5 minutes. Is nice to know they hold themselves responsible for ensuring their work is done and accurate, and don’t put it on the customer to be responsible for their work.

I've always preferred Discount Tirre and almost counted them out because of bad service at another location.
I stand by Michelin Tires for my Toyota Vehicle. That's all I know. The durability, safety, and performance are top-tier. Especially on rainy days. I also purchased them from a Discount Tire location (St. Charles Place Cary). After going back and forth with another location (St. Charles Place Cary ) and even trying other local tire providers for quotes. I finally decided to come to this Fayetteville Rd location.
This location immediately provided me with feedback that made sense to me. I was immediately provided the thread life adjustment for the old tires because the tire tread expired before the tread life/mileage warranty was reached.
I drove away with my new Michelin tires at a reasonable price. I did end up buying lug nuts too, apparently, the cap swelled and was too big for the lug wrench the rep showed me. I meant to ask for my old ones and I thought something extra came with the lug purchase. I left before questioning this.
You have to stay on top of these places or you may get swindled. Every man for themselves and if you don't do your due diligence you just might get taken advantage of. I do recommend this location. Be sure to ask questions and advocate for yourself.

All I have to say is amazing customer service! Jose was Absolutely amazing. He came out to look at my tire, told me what needed to be done and roughly the time limit. Everything he said was accurate and he was so polite it made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you so much, Jose!
