Younger female cashiers are all pleasant but THAT manager that’s there in the mornings need to calm down, I didn’t make her work here. Her cashier had an issue that she wanted confirmation on & it seemed the cashier was flustered trying to describe it to the manager so I explained the whole situation, don’t snap at me cause you don’t understand your register, not at all my problem but I had to be around that evil

Terrible customer service also racist specially the white lady how she treats hispanics and I witnessed it how she told them she didnt speak Spanish tht they need to go somewhere they spoke Spanish and she could not help them because they were not taking cash but yet there was a white lady that pay cash and she took there money but any black or Hispanic person tht walked in there she told them Bo even me and I had the exact change i will never shop there ever again and if you are going to have employees like that its a shame she does not need to work there abd if she does not like her job than she needs to look for a diff job it looks bad Smh and if the safe was broken than ya should had closed the stored

This location does a great job keeping their store clean and organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. Can't really ask for more from a dollar store!

I called many Dollar Tree store locations, looking for a specific item and wanted to purchase it in bulk if I was able to find any. I spoke with a very friendly and sweet associate when I called, named Destiny! This is at the Raleigh store number 324 location! She, as well as one of the managers on duty, went above and beyond to help me! They searched multiple areas of the store to find what I needed. Destiny also called me back after her manager continued searching and they were able to locate 4 more! I was thrilled. I thought it was so wonderful of her to call me back & then hold all of them for me. I come from a high end retail/customer service/management background years ago and these days you don’t always find workers who are this friendly and want to take the time these two did, from their busy day, to help someone on the phone! These two gals are KEEPERS! Surprised & delighted dollar tree customer here!

Day before yesterday a white girl with brown hair that drive a white car was so rude. I am white too but instead of her waiting on me as the customer she was giving more attention to Kam! Kam has a girlfriend and the girlfriend knows this dollar tree employee is infatuated and obsessed with Kam. Anywho that girl is unprofessional and always acts ghetto. I overheard her talking badly about the manager saying that the manager was evil! Also this girl asked a random guy for a quick rock ON THE JOB! Please do SOMETHING!!!!

This is the best location in Raleigh. Very clean, stocked, organized. Ms. Julie and Ms. Krista were very attentive and helpful. Line was not down the aisle like the others. Just bc we’re on a budget doesn’t mean we don’t deserve great service.
