Be careful... I Lost EVERYTHING due to Covid, bills were hitting my accounts faster than I could shut off auto renewal.. couldn’t pay my cellphone bill.. so when my account became overdrawn, ElecTel couldn’t reach me by phone. I received a letter in the mail regarding my account in the negative and IMMEDIATELY funded it to correct the balance. Now my card has been shut off and they REFUSE to turn it back on until I start finding my account again even though I just made them aware that my ENTIRE tax refund is going there. “Call back when it has”.. “we’ll remove the hold off your account after it has”... now I get to call again AFTER they get my tax refund.. and wait to pay bills to get caught up until I get a new debit card for MY money.... we are just 1 person, and they’re not concerned about losing you.

My husband and I worked with Katrina Patterson on a new car loan.
