As a first time car buyer I felt really comfortable and could trust that I was getting a good car at a good price. Michele and Carl were great at explaining everything. Michele showed me the car I was interested in without pressuring me to buy it. The waiting area was comfortable and had everything you’d need. I 100% recommend Elite Auto.

I called the Raleigh location to get pricing and details on a vehicle online i wanted to buy. The person who answerd the phone claimed to be a named "George Kastanza". He couldn't give me the price of a car on the lot so I asked for the manager. He claimed to be a one man operation who ran the business. If that's true why wouldnt he tell me the price? Am i in the twilight zone? What's going on here? This business is unprofessional and ridiculous. How do they sell cars?

Within 24 hours my check engine light came on my car. Called the dealer and Carl was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL to me and hung up saying he couldn’t do anything for me since I mentioned that I would need to get an attorney involved. The sad part is I shouldn’t have to since it was less than 24 hours. I told him I had a warranty on the vehicle and when I purchased Jim mentioned since I do not live locally that I could take it anywhere for repair. Carl told me that wasn’t true and just left it there. Absolutely the WORST service I’ve ever had in my entire life and I do not recommend anyone else get themselves in this position because of the way they treat customers.

I purchased a 2012 Platinum Ford F-150 from Elite Auto Sales. I bought it back in October. I wanted to drive the truck around before I wrote a review. I have had zero problems with my truck. If you are looking to get into a vehicle and are within a drivable distance, this is the place. My salesman was Mr. Doug Martin. They handled business well, and Mr. Doug was super helpful. I am not from Raleigh, but rather 3 hours away. I went down to check out the truck but could not come home with it that day. The following week we made ends meet, and with my schedule, I would not make it back down within the month. Mr. Doug was courteous enough to meet me halfway, which was a blessing. We were able to do the paperwork that was needed where we had met.

Elite Auto Sales has a decent selection of Jeeps up front. Besure to test drive them. One in particular we test drove was dangerous and difficult to handle. We had to insist to the sales staff to not put it up front. The sales office was very clean and tidy. Not messy and unkept compared to other Used Car locations. Except, one day they were cleaning with Bleach while we were sitting in the loan office. That was burning our eyes! There was one sales Lady with whom we worked was really nice and friendly. Michelle, she was excellent and great sense of humor! The loan process was a nightmare!!! Since the Jeep we went for was over 10 years old, we had to use OneMain Financial. It took over 2 days. Every time we spoke to them, it was a different story. We wanted to give up! It was the WORSE! After the entire hassle and run around, we got the Jeep. We would not recommend this place, though.

I was eager to purchase my very first vehicle and thought I was purchasing it from a reliable dealership that cared for their customers well-being, but I was totally wrong. I only driven my car for less than 20 days and already I’ve had multiple issues and there customer service at the dealership is less than satisfactory, I feel disappointed and betrayed because I put my trust in a company that would sell me a reliable vehicle that I purchase but I’m afraid that all they care about is making a commission.

Went in to purchase a vehicle. Got 1 approval and then they combed through my bank statements and did everything but verify income. I left and came back a few times under the impression that Ji could help me get into something smaller. Just wasted my time and energy. They wanted to verify income and when they did they counted all my NSFs too. I feel like I was discriminated against but hey it happens everyday. If you are self employed stay away. If you have a 580 or below stay away. I don’t recommend this place.

I do not recommend this used car lot. I accompanied my girlfriend to purchase a car they had and it took 30 minutes for them to get into it and start it. The car was great but the customer service was terrible. After we told them we were interested in buying it they said they would contact us. They never did so we showed up to look at the car and they still didn't put a battery in it. The salesman was terrible he made no effort to sale me the car, he gave us no help on what she needed to give him to purchase the car. Needless to say he couldn't sell a umbrella on a rainy day. After all of that nonsense we ended up with no car and a spooked customer.

Great being able to purchase a reliable vehicle and work with salesmen and women who listen and don't pressure you. Really wish they could top off fluids and gas but we all are trying to save. Thanks for helping us purchase vehicle #2 ?

Elite Auto Sales was great from the very start. I reached out to the company about a vehicle that I was interested in and they responded back in less than 24hrs. Michelle was awesome, she gave me all the information I needed and set up a time for me to view the vehicle. I arrived when they were about to close due to me not living in the area and getting stuck in traffic. They greeted me very nicely and still provided me with great customer service. Carl let me test drive the vehicle and didn't rush the process. Needless to say, I got the vehicle. Carl had great patience and everything went smoothly. I've had my vehicle for about a month and I love it. No issues at all. I am very thankful, and I highly recommend this company.

I really wish I could give them a 0. With Ruby in sales excluded, this has been my worst experience ever. I do not usually post negative reviews without giving the company a chance to solve the issue. I am very knowledgeable as a business owner. I have repeatedly been put off and ignored by them. I have been calling to speak with the manager for almost 2 months. No one has EVER returned my call. DO NOT BUY THE SERVICE PACKAGE! I bought the service package for almost 3000 dollars. My 2016 Kia Soul has had one issue since I bought it. The catalytic converter. They replaced it under the 90 day warranty. About 6 months later it went out again. I went up there-45 miles from my home for the guy to be rude and tell me there was nothing he could do. I then did my research, went to the dealership and found out that they put the wrong catalytic converter on! I then began to call over and over, simply to ask Elite Auto where they bought it from so MAYBE I could return it since ALL new catalytic converters have at least a 1 year warranty. They have been ducking and dodging since. My deduction is that they put a scrap yard part on. As another review said- DO NOT trust the service department. I have spent so much time and effort trying to get this resolved and I have not owned the car a year. I have the documentation from the dealership and I plan on seeking compensation from the company. I do not even care how long it takes. Someone needs to do something about this company! You would think that a small business would at least make right on the one thing that was wrong with the car considering I paid very well for the car and also even bought the extended warranty!

Really not happy with our dealing with elite auto sale we purchased a 2013 ********* ******** ltz from Raleigh location had the truck for 2 months and the air suspension compressor when out its was told to us our warranty would covered it .when we took it to the repair shop that we find online thru dowc website they called the claim in they call me back and said it was not covered .But the warranty we checkout online its says air suspension compressor was on level 2 coverage but the day of purchase of the vehicle we didn't receive a copy of our warranty we just sign for the warranty but we were told that again we can check our coverage online dowc site .Raleigh location never send us our warranty contract coverage when I contact dowc they said that the air suspension compressor was not covered on our coverage they send a copy of our plan and it different then the coverage online their website for coverage level 2 .Call Raleigh about this and told him that claim was rejected he said I will call dowc and talk to them.The repair shop call me and said that they were only going to pay $800 for the parts and labor and I would have to pay the rest we paid $2499 for the warranty really not happy about this we paid 25k for a truck and warranty and two month after purchasing it have to paid $507 to get it fix and we find out that the manifold bolt was broke repair shop said that's was broken before we purchased the truck but the bolt is not under warranty that's another $517 we have to paid I know it's a used truck but think it should have been checked better before sell the vehicle
