I believe every HOA company needs an “Eleanor Haynes”. She deserves a 5 star rating as she is very understanding, kind, patient and always willing to help and listen. Now, Elite management as a whole, all I can say is I wish my subdivision had another management company.

We just moved into our Preserve at Louisbury by Meritage Homes that is managed by Elite Management. We just started interacting with the team and in particular Eleanor Hayes. It was so refreshing to work with her and she truly emobodies genuine interest in homeowners' welfare. Very impressed.
