I recently had the pleasure of renting a vehicle from Enterprise in downtown Raleigh, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Charla.From the moment I walked into the office, Charla greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Her positive and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. What stood out most during my interaction with Charla was her genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. She took the time to understand my rental needs, providing me with valuable information about available options and helping me choose the best vehicle for my requirements.Overall, my experience at Enterprise in downtown Raleigh was great with exceptional service. I left the location feeling satisfied and confident in my choice to rent from them.

Left my garage key fob in the car a Friday afternoon about 4pm when I dropped the rental car off. I realized about 4:45 what I had done and called to let them know that I wouldn’t be able to make it back in time to retrieve my item. The lady I spoke to told me she would make note of it and call me on Tuesday. (Monday was closed due to new year). I call about 12:30 on Tuesday and there was no note taken that I left something, they cannot find my item and they’ve already rented the car out to someone else. I ask if there’s a remedy to this situation, can they meet me in the middle for a resolution? No. They said due to my insurance paying for the rental there is nothing they can do for me. Ridiculous

Thank you so much for all team members at Enterprise office. Process was so easy to make the reservation, they modified as needed. Car was clean, comfortable and no mechanic issues.At the time to drop off people ask how was my experience, and it couldn’t be more grateful.Blessings and for sure I will be customer #1 of enterprise, my best choice.

If I could give this location a 0, I would. I booked a car a week before arriving only for my reservation to be drastically different than what iIexpected. Jasmine Masini called me a couple of days before my arrival to inform me that they could not pick us up at the the hotel due to minimal staff. When I arrived at the location after paying for an Uber, they had three staff. Someone could have easily picked us up from the hotel that was 7 minutes away. When we arrived they only had 1 car based on what we booked and it was damagedThe car had multiple scratches, dents, paint missing and cracked hub caps. David the assistant manager told us we could upgrade for $13 to $50 more to be placed in a better vehicle. The way our rental reservation looked, our upgrade should have been free. When David called Jasmine, she asked to speak to him via the phone off to the side to tell him.not to accommodate us. She would not give us any money off of an upgrade and basically told David to tell us to take the car or leave it. We are an active duty family visiting and the way we were treated was deplorable. We had to take another Uber to the airport to see if we can get a better rental for the money we would like to pay.David needs more leadership and negotiating skills. Jasmine should be coached on how to be a better leader and have empathy for her customers and treat them as though they don't have choices. Her behavior and attitude needs to be addressed by corporate. The site needs to get rid of damaged cars and offer cars that people want to pay for. The selection is too limited and restricted.I am disappointed about how this branch location treated us and would recommend people not to visit this site.

I rented a car for a week. Charla checked me in and out and she is absolutely delightful (give that girl a raise!) and when I had to extend my trip unexpectedly I spoke with Jasmine (one of the managers) and she is totally delightful as well.

Cars have bad brakes and employees are rude. There is a sign saying you can drop your car off after hours and come back the next morning to check it back in, but apparently that’s not allowed? Very confusing.

Very good experience with employees!Only thing I didn’t like was where the place is located, I had to rent a car due to road debris ripping my truck tire off, I’ve never been in this town ever so unless you know about this which I didn’t a taxi cab driver took me there the first time I’d probably would’ve had to call them and ask how to get to cars because they’re under or inside a parking garage shared by numerous businesses. I believe Enterprise should do better and inform customers the procedures, also homeless people tried to pretend to work there and hustle my sick wife, so beware of your surroundings anywhere you go!Note* To be clear the employees were awesome!
