I would like to share my sincere congratulations to Enterprise for being the most unprofessional organization I have yet to deal with. First, I came into the store location—a week in advance—to get a reservation, get all my information down, etc. I was assured that since my personal vehicle was being repaired not even a mile down the road, enterprise would pick me up. They did not. The day of the “reservation” I was late to enterprise (due to their failure), and was told they marked me as a “no-show” and had no cars available for the next few days. So here we are (as I write this) currently Ubering around the city of Raleigh because Enterprise cannot get it together. Upon speaking with other customers at the location, it was apparent that dissatisfaction and disappointment were widely-shared.

This was a horrible experience, the only positive of the whole day was the driver who picked me up. Staff was rude, car was still dirty and smelled like drugs to a point that I could not even put the windows up the entire time of the rental and had to go out and buy air fresheners to try and help, even had to apologize to my doctors office for walking in smelling like I was "hot boxing" in the parking lot. I had to make my kids ride in the car with a mask on due to smell. I had the employee that was helping me make me feel horrible for saying anything about the state of the car when I rented that I did not want to even take back to the location and deal with them again. The tires were not up to pressure so the car rode horrible till I corrected it. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an Enterprise and I will not be using this location again.

I had a reservation today and was verbally told over the phone they would wait for me until 5:10PM (they close at 5:00PM). But guess what? They closed at 4:59PM. Saw me thru the doors. I told them I have a reservation and they didn't budge. So disgusted as I am having car trouble and needed wheels. AAA was towing my car to Honda. Bad customer service!!!

If I could give zero stars I would I spoke with a rude representative yesterday who lied to me and told me my reservation wasn’t made right after talking to a representative at the south st location he then proceeded to get rude and irate and tell me that his location was in garner and that he didn’t even know why my reservation got there he then asked what my zip code was which is 27610 I live literally around the corner from this location. He claims to be the face of Enterprise which is looking pretty ugly at this point do not rent from this location they’ll set you up a reservation knowing the have no vehicles and are the upmost disrespectful. He didn’t want to do his job so insisted I call another Enterprise so are y’all in the business of making money or running customers away? Last year I received a vehicle with expired tags they were so hell bound on shooing me away I had to call the Headquarters to get some act right . Then tells me he’s going to put not to rent to me in the system cause he was mad great job Enterprise

They were great with picking me up at Gerber Collision and taking me to the office to pick up the car that was ready and waiting for me. I had do extend the rental twice and they were very easy to do that with. When it was time to turn in the car, I just left it at the shop and it was taken care of. Great job by all!
