This Enterprise location is consistently horrible. Numerous times my husband has gone in to pick up a car that he has reserved for work travel. On multiple occasions he is told they have given away his car (even with a reservation) and there is nothing they can do. When he did get cars they were dirty (once there were rotting chicken wings in the bed of the truck) or they smelled like cigarette smoke. The manager and staff are very rude and clearly need a lesson on customer service. If you hate your job just quit. Not a good representation of Enterprise - he will take his repeat business somewhere else.

Very pleased with my rental experience picked up a Toyota Camry on Saturday morning kept it for 3 days easy checking in and out returned the car with no problems. Very friendly staff overall satisfied look forward to renting in the future ????

The complete clean car pledge is an absolute joke. The car we received had dog fur covering the seats, dirt/sitcky stuff everywhere, and the smell was unbearable. Negative stars should be an option. Thankfully, the lady working on 10/07/23 was able to give us a better vehicle. It was not cleaned, she was working alone and did all she could to help us.

This will be my last time using Enterprise if it has to do with me. This company is a scam. I rented a car and kept renewing the rental. I had to have an active card with an active balance to do this. The company put the funds on hold until the return of the rental which resulted in my card being charged a substantial amount in the end. All the transactions posted at one time and it put my card in a negative balance plus the fee of the rental. It appears as if I'm paying double for the rental since I made the card payment to keep it active. Insofar taking the payment that moment as I assumed, it put me in a financial bind. I do not recommend this company.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The manager and the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Their fleet is limited and not at all accommodating. Super rude and disrespectful workers. Rent somewhere else!!!!

Staff was courteous and helpful. Service was quick. We didn't get the exact car we wanted, but it does say "or similar" on the app. Just be mindful.Our replacement car was really nice as well.

No stars! They are the epitome unprofessional and incompetent! Manager/Raynelle should not be a manager! I reserved car and was turned away when I got there! No apologies. No attempts to correct THEIR MISTAKE, Kelsey (branch manager) was nonchalant: the HEAD/LEAD of anything sets the entire tone! No ride home!!! NOTHING!! Jeff is no good either! Shame on Enterprise for the decline in RESPECT, PROFESSIONALISM, an d SERVICE!! People basically are being paid to do nothing!!! Jesus! NEVER dealing with Enterprise again!!!!CUSTOMER CARE: DON'T bother with the disingenuous (blowing-smoke) reply! All of these reviews, past and current, witnessing people encountering the SAME or SIMILAR issues, YET NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT THE INEPTNESS OF THIS LOCATION!

Smithfield location needs to do betterThey allow you to make a reservation but don’t have the vehicle availableThis has happened multiple timesI had no problems for awhile and thought Enterprise was great, until the last 3 times I made a reservation and had to go elsewhere to get a vehicle

This location deserves absolutely zero stars. After reading the reviews, there is know need to leave a detailed account of my experience today 7/7/2023 because apparently the staff continue to treat their customers horribly and continue to get away with it.One thing I will say. This location alone made me decide to NEVER from this day forward rent from any Enterprise as long as I live. I have never in my life encountered people that would blatantly lie and try to tarnish a person name because of their wrong doing.A word of advice Corporate need to do weekly inspections on the cleanliness of the vehicles at this location. See pictures with roaches in one of their vehicles.God be with you.

I came in 20 mins before they closed which I get it I didn’t wanna be one of them but she told me to come before 6 while I’m there trying to get my payment through she’s huffing and puffing saying she gonna be late so much and much the customer service was horrible I told her to wait let me transfer money to my account she still proceeded to swipe the card then says “oh you cant use this card again etc etc etc” horrible first experience

Kelsey (branch manager) was extremely rude to me !!! I do not recommend this branch !!!!!! I reserved a car two days prior to of me picking up , I call the day before just to make sure the car was ready and she had no care in the world !!! I told her I had a priority pass she did not care and she hung up she should be ashamed of herself and reprimanded immediately
