We reserved a car at another Enterprise and were told beyond the last minute that they had no car for us. Fortunately, the folks at this branch could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They had just what we needed and just when we needed it.

I always have great customer service at the Creedmoor Rd location, all employees put the customer first and service is always prompt I always have a great customer experience keep up the good work it is much appreciated

We were excited to find a location close to where we were. The staff here is phenomenal! Very helpful and empathetic. We would definitely use this location and will use again if we are in need of a rental.

I live in Knightdale and I drive all the way to Raleigh just for this particular location. The Enterprise on creedmoor road has to be hands down the best enterprise location. When I went there a year ago I dealt with Morgan who was absolutely incredible. She was so funny and so willing to help myself as well as my family. On this go around upon picking up the vehicle Ketsia assisted me and boy was she up and awake very early in the morning. Lol. She was so chipper and professional and we both spoke about Morgan. When returning the vehicle Nas assisted me and he was absolutely amazing as well. The fact that we get great customer service from great young people is astounding and gives me hope for the rest of the world. Kudos to this team in this location and me and my family will be returning.

I would avoid this location. Talked to an individual over the phone and confirmed my reservation. They did not have a vehicle available when I arrived and offered no assistance on the issue.

Though my reservation was set up as a PICK UP at my home address by 5PM (as confirmed in email with confirmation code), when Enterprise had not arrived by 5:30PM I called the Creedmoor location. I was then told my reservation did NOT show a pick up at my home address, instead only showed I would be picking up car by 5PM at the Creedmoor location! That was a patently FALSE statement as my email confirmation & itnerary details show it was scheduled as at pick up at my home address!Next the agent at Creedmoor Rd said it would be sometime late tomorrow afternoon 5/9/2023 before the reservation I HAD made for 5/8/2023 by 5PM would even be possible.. Don’t advertise & schedule what there is NO intention of doing !

Kendrick Jones (Assistant Branch Rental Manager at the Creedmoor road Raleigh NC location) was the ultimate professional and made the automobile rental process quite seamless and very easy and efficient. Enterprise should be proud to have a staff member with such business precision!?????

I sat in my first vehicle and drove away. I had travelled approximately 1 mile down the road when the overpowering odor of smoke caused me to turn around and return the vehicle. I was given a Camaro next, which caused me trouble all week. Dirty, the windshield inside was so smoke dingy, it was really hard to see whenever it was sunny. My last 4 rentals from enterprise have either been dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, marijuana, or just in poor condition. The manager was nice and respectful, but the car’s condition each and every time has been terrible. I recently received a significant promotion where I’ll need to rent at least 2 weeks a month, but unfortunately I think our company will need to change rental car companies ASAP. That’s a shame because enterprise is 1 mile away.

Just called and waited for fifteen minutes for a rep to answer and lie to me that they didn't have any cars to rent for a week, the enterprise app says they have several.
