This is the nastiest storage facility in Raleigh. Please chose another place. The loading docks are a heath hazard from people using them as toilets. Always smells of urine and crap and the included photo says it all..

Very clean and well maintained facility. Easy access. The app started working instantaneously. Management reached out to me the first day. I felt well supported without being overwhelmed with texts/promotions.

While the heated swimming pool was a plus, the main selling point was the petting zoo! Be cautious around the goats, though. They can be pretty sneaky when hungry. Highly recommend!
