Was checking out storage units at this location online, had a few questions, so I called and spoke with Luther. By the end of our 15 min phone call, I was confident that Extra Space Storage was the place for me. My lease was signed, I was able to pick out my unit, he emailed me my access code, now I'm headed there! Couldnt have asked for a smoother experience. Thanks again Luther!

I had a terrible experience with Extra Space Storage!! I reserved a unit online which said I didn't need to pay to do so, and when I called the next morning to pay and set things up, they told me the EXACT UNIT I RESERVED had been rented out from under me!!! If this isn't FALSE ADVERTISING I don't know what is!!! THEY HAD NOTHING ONLINE STATING THAT WAS THEIR POLICY, but it IS!! I am filing complaints about them with the BBB and writing bad reviews. Just maybe this company will figure out they will lose customers by doing this to them!! Not a company I want to do business with or that I trust!! I cannot recommend them.

Awesome service. Came in today for a unit. The service personnel just started working there a few days ago, but knew all the answers to my questions and was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place. The facility is very well kept and clean!

Great customer service from start to finish,I have rented from many storage units in the past , but I have never had such a great experience, follow-up for the first internet connection, and felt comfortable during the whole process , the units are new , air conditioned, elevator works. I can’t say enough good things about my experience
