I was charged $30 to replace my tire with my spare tire đ probably a poor decision on their part seeing as how I just moved here in July and live 2 minutes from the shop. They traded $30 for years of service. I wonât be back.

I rarely write reviews, but this was just too much to let go. My car completely died at Oberlin and Glenwoodâat the intersection blocking traffic on Oberlin. As I was calling AAA and directing traffic, Village Exxon noticed and came out to help. Figuring it was the battery we recently replaced, they got the car started and moved it over to their shop, investigated, and got it fully going again within minutes (battery installed improperly prior). I tipped them well and they sent me on my way! Thank you. I will always remember this kindness!

Unless you want to buy tires every time you take your car to this station, I would find a different station for business. If I take my car in for something small, they try to sell me tires. Last year when I took my car in for tire rotation, he told me it was dangerous and I drove over a year on it. Today he failed my car inspection for tires and when I told him nicely that I was not coming back and would be leaving a bad review, he told me in a very rude voice to never come back.
In my opinion, a good manager could simply say 'we agree to disagree and I'm sorry you are dissatisfied' but instead he rudely told me in front of others not to come back.
I've heard others say they thought the owner and workers there were cocky and unfriendly but now I've seen it first hand.

I got new tires and alignment on my tundra. Bryan was able to work me in within the same week. They also put 4 new tires on a trailer for me. Great service. Definitely get that hometown feel from this gas/service station.

So yesterday Iâm headed to an appointment with literally no time to spare. As I turned onto the road right in front of Glenwood Village Exxon, I hit a curbâhard. Hard enough to shred both passenger side tires and crack the wheels. Thankfully, I was able to hobble right into Glenwood Village Exxon. I told Andrew my situation and he handled everything while I called an Uber and got to my appointmentâwith 5 minutes to spare! I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my little Audi and for taking care of me. They are the best!
