Dallas was amazing! Pulled up to get my tires filled and was immediately greeted with a smile and help. Dallas spotted two nails in my tires, patches both of them up in record time and made sure my tires were safe to drive home. Will definitely be back again! Thank you for being so kind and efficient, Dallas!

Nobody is ever here to open the store at 7am. You're lucky if the woman shows up by 7:20am. Not very professional. I watch dozens of people pull away because nobody is here to open the store on time. Pretty ridiculous.

We regularly take our Volvo here and the service is incredible. Far less expensive than other car service repair places we’ve been. Highly recommend this place.

Don't waste your time and money and don't set your foot in this horrible service shop. ****, the service manager, is totally rude, uncaring, unprofessional and arrogant. After talking with ******* at **************** last week and after describing him my car symptoms and problems, he asked me to make an appointment and told me that he would put the car on the lift and test drive it at no charge to see how bad the problems are and advise accordingly. So I showed up today per my appointment and the service manager **** refused to do anything that ******* stated without first paying him $98 plus tax. I told him what ******* said and he said he does not care what ******* said. I told him he wasted my time and effort of driving there and back for half an hour each one way. **** refused to acknowledge that it is his responsibility to train his staff, including *******, as to how and what to communicated to the customer so that customers do not waste their time based on false statements made by his employees. I pointed out to **** that he and ******* are being paid for their time and I did not get paid for the my wasted hour. **** was totally rude, unprofessional and arrogant, and he continuously kept talking/shouting over me, and told me never to come back again. I requested him to pass the message to the owner **** to call me so that I can talk with ******************** would understand customer's point of view. I will update this post if and after **** returns my call. I wanted to post this review with ZERO starts, but it won't let me do that; I had to choose 1 star to post this review.

Steals valuables from customers car. Charges three times for mechanic work, when I brought quotes in from two other shops they still ignored. Customer service was beyond rude, told me to “go to hell”.
